Mooi nieuw hotel in La Nucia. Wij hadden de zeer mooie “tuin” kamer met heerlijk loungebank en buitendouche. Alleen parkeren is wat lastig. Het eten in de poolbar was redelijk maar niet super. Personeel zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Aanrader.

Good 5 star resort, nice and relaxing vibe, restaurants are good except for the lunch restaurant they have very long waiting times sometimes up to an hour and thats unacceptable.

Nos dieron una habitación que inferior a la que había reservado y nos comentaron que era fallo del aire acondicionado, todo eso sin avisar y reclamando yo al verla ..nos ofrecen la única posibilidad de abonarnos el parking por no poder reubicarnos. Acepto y cuando voy a pagar todo me dicen que no que no me lo pueden abonar. Ya no es el dinero , es la tomadura de pelo y la falta de seriedad . Por otro lado… casi una hora para que nos sirvieran una copa por la noche y la chica que nos atendía con malas caras… Por último el buffet de la cena super escaso y preguntamos a los camareros que nos recomendaran un vino blanco ya que solo aparecían por nombre y no sabían ni a qué categoría pertenecían… todo para ser 5 estrellas nada correcto

El hotel es bonito y muy tranquilo. La comida y la atención de los trabajadores fue perfecta. Con el fin de mejorar, considero que faltan ascensores, pues solo había dos en todo el hotel y tardaban mucho. La piscina es muy agradable, a pesar del calor el agua estaba fresquita. En cuanto a las hamacas si llegabas un poco más tarde ya no había disponibilidad pues la gente deja la toalla y se va. En las mesitas que hay junto a las hamacas había un QR para pedir bebidas al bar de la piscina pero no en todas. En la terraza del ático faltaba personal pero había música agradable para tomarte algo después de cenar.

El buffete es digno de un 3 estrellas, no de un hotel de 5; comida fria, poca variedad y con tardanza en reposición de platos. Largas esperas para la plancha, largas esperas en el bar de la piscina, tanto que nos tuvimos que ir sin comer un dia tras 50 minutos esperando.
