Not 5 star
Nice Hotel but is not 5 star . The food in the restaurant at night was awful as was the breakfast next day . It was cold and there were no name tags on the food so you have no idea what you are eating. Raised this with staff nobody was interested.
I don’t know many 5star hotels that serve a buffet as an evening meal with no waiter service
Left these comments on hotels own feed back form but yet have had no reply
Other guests were not happy with the food quality in the restaurant
The pool bar for lunch was perfect
This was a birthday surprise for my partner
Very disappointed
I notice on other web sites that the quantity of food and ranking of this Hotel has been a common complaint

Hotel moderno, con buenos servicios, lo mejor los jardines y la piscina.
Lo peor la cena, muy floja para la categoría del hotel, postres pobres y fruta reseca.

Flott sted
Et flott hotell. Rent og pent, nydelig suite. Synes ikke det lever helt opp til 5 stjerner, men absolutt et fint hotell. Mindre hotell enn jeg så for meg. Litt lite annet å gjøre for barn enn å bade, men fint basseng.

We had a family suite which was indeed a very nice accommodation. Enjoyed a lot to stay there if you want to have a more cosy hotel. Food and Service were indeed excellent !

Estupendo para el relax y a su vez para el disfrute. Amplio, bien decorado, con unos jardines y piscinas fabulosos. La mejor elección para aquellos que quieran disfrutar del sol mediterráneo y no les guste la arena de la playa . Un hotel en el que no vas a echar nada en falta y vas a salir con ganas de regresar. Recomiendo los postres del buffet y también contratar un masaje durante la estancia

Beautiful hotel, couldn’t fault anything, staff were friendly, breakfast very good buffet style, beautiful pools, extremely clean everywhere, a little remote but we had a hire car so not a problem. About €15 for a taxi to Benidorm. Only downside but only a personal opinion, as a 5* it should have tea & coffee making facilities in the room, but we just popped down the road to the Chineese supermarket and purchased a kettle and mugs for under £20 Also charging for patrons to park at the hotel seemed steep at €19 a night which they reduced to €15 a night as we were there for a week. But all in all a really nice stay… With the most comfortable beds!!!!

Ideal para estancia en pareja, en general muy buen trato del personal, habitación superior, es espectacular. Las instalaciones y restaurantes muy buenos . Como cosa negativa diríamos que no es comprensible que cobran a parte el uso individual del servicio de spa y en este caso no por habitación si eres pareja, porque sale muy caro este servicio (50€ dos personas por 1 h de utilización).
