The hotel's facilities are pretty good, and the breakfast is good and rich.
The location is not very good. The hotel is alone in the suburbs, about 4 or 5 kilometers away from the Blue and White Town. This distance is quite embarrassing. Walk, it is too far; take a taxi. Alas, there is no UBER in Tunisia, and taxis often encounter arbitrary charges on the road. , adjust the meter.

Very bad hotel does not deserve 5 stars at all.
slipped in the shower the water going to the bed of the room. (permanent danger)
Television not accessible.
Broken curtain impossible to sleep well.

Nous avons passé 3 jours avec lequel nous n avo s pas pu nous reposer a cause ds travaux de l hotel. Impossible de dormir. Malgré tout il nous ont offer un massage en couple.
Le sauna, hammam et piscine interieur fermes a cause de travaux. Dommage car c etait un cadeau que je voulais faire a ma petite femme...

Room was exceptionally clean and spacious. Bathroom good size and shower excellent. Nice touches on arrival - plate of fruit nicely presented and large bottle of water. Various restaurants in the facility. Amazing value for price. Would stay again here for sure.

Agréable séjour et une très bonne ambiance. le SPA n'est pas encore prêt, et cela depuis environ un an et demi maintenant.
Cependant le service de massage est excellent! je recommande Houda pour une réelle évasion, Bravo et merci à toute l'équipe!

Wonderful stay in Golden tulip Carthage. Attentive and helpful staff. Great facilities and service. A special thank you and praise for Faycel the waiter in the Montaza restaurant. He is extremely welcoming, caring and made a big difference in the human experience.
