Ohtels Campo de Gibraltar

The bones of a 4 star hotel but lacks maintenance upgrades. The facilities are a bit old. Apparently not many tourists. Rich tourists all stay in Gibraltar. But the hotel can include three meals. All three meals were good! Most of the guests who come here are on a day trip to Gibraltar. The hotel is very close to the bus station, just a 5-minute walk. It is a 10-minute walk to Gibraltar Port. The room is big enough. It's just a little old. But it's acceptable. We ordered three meals. Dinner the night before, breakfast and lunch the next day. Lunch is available after check-out.

This hotel is located in the Spanish border city of La Linea, very close to the Rock of Gibraltar. The hotel is said to be owned by Marriott, but it seems to have nothing to do with Marriott's service level. The bedding and pillows in the room are uncomfortable, the area around the bathtub is moldy and rusty, and the faucet nozzle does not work well. There are two points that I complain about. One is that the temperature and wind speed in the room cannot be adjusted. I complained to the front desk. The male receptionist first said that the electrician had gone off work and had to wait until tomorrow. When I asked him to go upstairs with me, he said that the temperature in each room could not be adjusted. Why didn't he start to tell me the truth and said that the electrician had gone off work? I spent a night in a room with dull and dirty air. Second, the dinner I ordered was of poor quality, and all drinks had to be paid for, even a bottle of mineral water was not available. I asked for a glass of Coke for $3. But I need to give a thumbs up to the lady at the front desk who always had a smile on her face. I didn't know where dinner was, so she followed me upstairs and showed me the direction. The next day, when I needed to exchange euros for cash outside, she saw me dragging my luggage and reminded me to leave it at the front desk. She was very friendly.
