We overlook a small cultural community specializing in the arts, on the Tenacatita Bay in the Pacific Ocean. Only a few minutes walk down to the town center which features many shops and an artisans market on Fridays, and the beach, said to be the safest for swimming on the Costalegre.

The property has an excellent view and installations. Unfortunately is very dificult to find it .

Excellent rental from all perspectives! The owner was present and efficient!
This feedback is about you VRBO and not the rental. We were shocked and dismayed at what you VRBO charge us the client. That tourism tax was particularly irritating. Other than advertising, managing the money and oversight the bulk of the work comes back to the owner. In this case you, VRBO, who even charge for a phone call if calling from Canada, are overcharging. Holding the entire amount is too much.
When I booked through you I did it for two main reasons. One was paying in Canadian dollars. The second was the possibility of cancellation within two months.

The location on ******* was incorrect and when we arrived the host was not there and we could not check in. We had to book another hotel room in the appropriate area and had no luck contacting the host or *******. The host stole our money and we still have heard nothing. The location is extremely hard to get to and the home in unkept and dirty.
