Nos encantó tanto por la ubicación a los pies del volcán Arenal ,,sus vistas,,,y por sus servicios su gente y la comodidad del hotel !!
VOLVERÍAMOS !! Hay animales ,,caminatas ,,cascadas ,algún puente colgante un observatorio para subir tipo mirador !!
No nos hubiéramos ido. !!
La comida y el desayuno excelente !!
Allí vimos también la rana de colores tan famosa en Costa Rica !!

We had a wonderful two days at Arenal Lodge staying at La Casona. The staff, notably Edward and Daniel, were most hospitable and helpful during our visit. We will recommend this place to family and friends and hope to come back in the future. Thank you all! Pura Vida!

Visited as a family with two teen age , hotel is located inside the reserve and offer many trips and trails to observe nature. All rooms view the Arenal and located within few steps from the Forest . Many birds , wisells and other animals can be view on the hotel ground . Rooms are clean and comfortable , no TV It seem all the ground is constantly taken care of by many hotel staff that keeps everything clean and handled. Breakfast ok , dinner very good but a bit expensive . Overall , very good experience away from crowded and touristcal Fortuna Hotels

5 star experience! From the moment we got to the observatory the staff were welcoming and helpful. The lodges are spotless, and the views are incredible. There is a detailed map of all the hikes, and the trails are well signposted. The dinner was fantastic, and Daniel our waiter was friendly and welcoming! The meal was one of the best I have had in a long time, and the view was unbeatable. I cannot recommend this place enough, and the only disappointment is that we are only here for one night. Thank you so much to the staff at Arenal Observatory! You have made our stay a truly special one!

Beautiful place, loads of activities, the staff are lovely. Great rooms with great views, plenty to seen. Lots of wildlife we were met by a coati on our way in. The food at the restaurant is delicious!

Great Location just next to the volcano, is the closest place you can stay, They have a huge land with a many hikes, I don’t think other places have it. The restaurant is great with amazing views, the breakfast is really good , you can choose between 8 things (omelette , topical plate, pancakes, etc) and then you have a nice fruit buffet Daniel, Marcela and the team are superb!! Thank you Daniel for the cafecito The rooms are beautiful calm and with stunning views. We arrive at night super late after the reception close and Esteban the gate man, helped us out to get to our room, no problem I couldn’t recommend a better place to stay!!! If we come back we will definitely repeat!
