Hotel Magic Mountain Spa & Conference Center Reviews

I would never recommend this hotel! Costa Rica was going thru a natural disaster, we couldn’t fly into Liberia and they still REFUSED to refund our money. I’ll be telling everyone I know to stay away from this hotel, absolutely awful customer service.

we had a lovely stay--would book again.

It was a nice hotel in the middle of nature, but when I ordered laundry, my T-shirt was returned to me torn. I asked for a refund for the cleaning fee, but the manager looked very rude and angry, offered no apology, and said there was no proof that the T-shirt was torn. The owner's attitude and laundry service were very bad. There was also an incident where the receptionist made fun of me and asked me what country I was from, based on the language I was speaking. The staff's attitude was very unpleasant, and I would not recommend staying here.

The room was clean and tidy, but it was a little humid. The environment outside the window was beautiful and you could see the volcano. The lounge chairs and swimming pool outside were very comfortable. There was also massage and hot spring, which would be very comfortable.

The facilities are good for the price and I like the service. The scenery is so nice
