It's not bad, for example, the room is big, the restaurant is delicious, and the location is convenient. The mini bar is free.
Disadvantages: The hotel is very big and it's all up and down to go around, it's really tiring. The pool was crowded and the atmosphere was not too casual and a bit noisy. And there is no hot spring in this hotel. If you want to take a hot spring, you need to go to a special hotel.

This was a very special vacation for us. My wife and I wanted something out of the ordinary, and we found it. It's difficult to describe the feeling that enveloped us during our entire stay. It put us in such a wonderful state of mind. Our villa was magical and our splash pool was a magnet any time of day. I did some amazing tours in Guanacaste, where I enjoyed spectacular landscapes and exciting activities. After that, I headed to La Fortuna to explore the rainforest, walk on hanging bridges, and visit the stunning La Fortuna waterfall, coffee and chocolate tour, The combination of both destinations was perfect to experience the best of Costa Rica: the coast and the mountains, each with its own magic." Gabriel, nomadtourscr was fantastic in helping us plan our excursions and arrange transportation from the hotel to the airport. His assistance made our trip so much smoother and enjoyable. We truly appreciated his support throughout our stay!"

Nayara Resort in Costa Rica is one of the most naturally beautiful places we've ever been! The service was exemplary and the food & drinks were delicious. We loved exploring the resort and admiring the flora and fauna. We can't wait to return! The 2.5-3 hour car ride from the airport is a bit twisty, so take some motion sickness meds. At the resort, wear water proof adventure shoes like Keens, as the terrain is a bit hilly and wet from the rain. Not in a scary way, though. My 82 & 83 year old (fit) parents managed to keep up with us just fine We booked excursions with nomadtourscr they were better than we expected. We also booked our airport transportation through him! The drivers were all so sweet, informative, timely & their vans were all so clean. I highly recommend La Fortuna waterfall hike, zip lining! Mistico Hanging bridges, coffee and chocolate tour Even my 4yr old had the most amazing time doing these excursions & had his own personal guide who took wonderful care of him on each excursion!!

Nayara Gardens is one of the best places I've ever been. We went on our Honeymoon, and were able to spend the whole week at the resort. From exciting and adventurous excursions to excellent choices in dining, Nayara Gardens blew us away! The staff was friendly and attentive all week long, and we even had some special treats along the way to recognize our honeymoon. The view of the volcano is magical, and it is so deep in the rainforest that you can see all manner of critters just outside your window. The whole team at Nayara communicates very well. The tour guides that we had were very knowledgable and went above and beyond to make sure we experienced the best that La Fortuna had to offer. I would recommend Nayara Gardens to anyone who wants a relaxing or romantic getaway that doesn't involve the coast. This is one place I know I'll have to go back to!

Excellence, all the way around. The room, the maid service, the restaurants, the food, the nature, the scenery, the friendliness combinef all makes for a very special stay ! The grounds are beautifully landscaped ! I highly recommend this place !

For our 4 day stay, we loved the Rain Forest villa with a plunge pool. Significant space for a couple with separate vanity areas, outdoor showers, a relaxing deck and well furnished. A beautiful, expansive property with gorgeous grounds and wildlife. Several sloths and multitude of birds on property. Several restaurants on property, but our favorite was the La Terraza for the Costa Rican food - flavors were exceptional. Staff and Service were always helpful, gracious and anticipating our needs. Went in off season and the weather was great, especially for a rain forest (only one rain storm and that was on our arrival) - excursions included ziplining, sky trek, hanging bridges, and night walk, recommend all. And then there is the Arenal Volcano, just beautiful to look at over breakfast

What can I say, this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in and we have been to Four Seasons and Belmont hotels before and this beats them hands down. The quality of everything is top notch. We stayed in a rainforest villa with plunge pool and the room was massive, double showers inside and out, queen bed and plenty of storage space, we were completely unoverlooked. But what really makes this hotel special is the staff. The attitude of every member of staff we encountered was most definitely “can do”. They were all so courteous and cheerful which was so nice to see. Everybody told us their names although we can’t remember them. We cannot praise this hotel highly enough. Would we return? It’s a resounding yes from us. They you to everybody who made this a very special stay for us.
