Absolutely magical place. Everything from service to food, from location to accommodations is top notch. You feel like you have been immersed in a rain forrest and yet the property is very well manicured. To our huge surprise - there were NO bugs! What so ever. Not in the morning, not at night. The wildlife is ABSOLUTELY epic. You o not need to leave the resort to see an occasional Toucan, resident sloths are within the property, lots of frogs exotic frogs at frog pond. The complimentary activities, variety of services and spas are on the next level. The hot volcanic thermal pools are not of this world. We are already looking to book this December to come back.

Where to start??? The best hotel we’ve stayed at. Everybody working there, but most specially the people at the front desk and the restaurants, were the kindest and the most attentive to all our questions and requests. The cleanliness, the details, all the amenities and again the staff :) We DEFINITELY are coming back to Nayara Gardens when we visit Costa Rica again!

Amazing place. Room was excellent. Food as well. Everyone so polite. Would highly recommend this place. In our case we had two villas. One for the kids and the other for the parents. Worked out really well.

This is the epitome of a Luxury resort! Huge property to explore. Kind staff. Lot of amenities… especially like the laundry service. Ayla was good for vegan food (and Green Spoon in La Fortuna is also great). The sloth tour, flowers and landscaping are great. The thermal spring pools were relaxing. The private cabins were romantic. The staff took personal care of us, even with anniversary decorations in the room - much appreciated. My only two suggestions would be to have more vegan choices on the menus and realistic drink prices ($20 for a drink that is half ice is discouraging). Other than that, awesome experience!

Exceptional customer service from front desk to wait staff! Excellent amenities - plentiful towels, sunscreen, umbrellas, complementary mini bar & snacks in the room, golf cart transport within the resort. Great variety of dining options and excursions. Or just enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of a beautiful resort emersed in the Rainforest with abundance of wildlife. It is worth the 3 hour drive from the airport - Can't wait to return.

We are a little blown away. Not sure if any other hotel can compete with this brand. This trip was the perfect mix of the pura vida lifestyle provided by the locals and hotel staff. The hospitality was top notch. I have no issues or regrets booking with this brand. Every employee we encountered was phenomenal in terms of customer service. Our room was pristine every day. Laundry service was phenomenal. Pool/bar staff with constant attention to detail. Waiters provided consistent service daily. The ride back to the airport was depressing- I’m not sure any hotel in the U.S. EVEN COMPARES to this brand of hospitality. 100% recommend for families.
