Hotel Real Elim International

Everything was excellent, the staff was nice and friendly. Check in and check out was very efficient. The only issue we had was the shower had a leak and so after taking a shower the entire bathroom would flood. We had a great experience with a lost item that we left in the room and the staff kept it safe for us until we were on our way back to the airport. Definitely recommend this place.

EL dia 28 de Mayo 2025 , reserve una noche para nuestra familia (3 Personas) y la experioencia fue la peor en muchos años de viajes alrededor del mundo. A nuetra llegada nos dijeron que los cuartos tenian aire acondicionado, lo cual es cierto pero nunca nos dijeron que hace meses no trabajaba a parte de esto el agua de la ducha se salia del baño hacia el interior del cuarto y aun asi no quisieron cambiarnos de cuarto o incluso devolvernos el dinero para buscar un sitio mejor. Ante mi queja launica respuesta fue que habiamos tenido mala suerte y que el hotel estaba lleno . La verdad creo que 500 mil pesos por una noche en esas condiciones es mas que un abuso . No recomiendo para nada este hotel , apesar de ser my bonito y estar bien ubicado . Room 504 On May 28, 2025, I reserved a night for our family (3 people) and the experience was the worst in many years of traveling around the world. Upon our arrival, we were told that the rooms had air conditioning, which is true, but they never told us that it hadn't worked for months. Besides that, the shower water leaked from the bathroom into the room, and even so, they refused to change our room or even refund our money so we could find a better place. In response to my complaint, the only answer was that we had been unlucky and that the hotel was full. To be honest, I think 500,000 pesos for one night under those conditions is more than an abuse. I do not recommend this hotel at all, despite being very nice and well-located. Room 504.
