Making a three day tour of Western Wisconsin, needed a stay in the LaCrosse area. Have stayed in Super 8's prior, find them a great value. This one was no exception. Very clean room, staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was first class. I would like to know where they get thier orange juice, I had three glasses full, great taste! Would recommend this motel to anyone looking for value and convenince in the LaCrosse area.

The room was clean and nice. The Continental breakfast was what you would expect nothing fancy just basic. The coffee is not very good if you're a coffee person you will not be satisfied with it. The TV has multiple channels but there's no channel that gives you a guide and there's no indication of what provider it is and so you can't look up whatever you want to watch. You have to endlessly scroll through each channel individually.

Easy check-in, only time we saw staff. The room was clean, very small, but all we needed for the night. Bummed the jets in the hot tub were not working.

Property was close to the University and that is what we were looking for. The sink area in our room needed some major cleaning as it was quite dirty. Other than that, room was fine.

The room etc. were better than I expected.
There are a lot of restaurants, etc. close by
The room rate was quite high but there was an event going on in La Crosse so every hotel in the area was totally full.

It was very quiet. Rooms were clean. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working. We were looking forward to that and we’re not informed before we arrive that it was not working. Also, the placement of the air condition of the room is a little strange. The bed I slept in. It was basically right in my face, so really not ideal, but everyone was very nice and the rooms are clean.

I told the manager I was disabled and need a bar in the bathroom so she put me in the second floor where there is no elevator so I had to carry my heavy bags up a bunch of steps and she put me in 202 the absolute furthest room from anything. I spoke to the other lady ( who was delightful by the the way m, but unable to help). Not the way to treat a handicapped person at all. Then they never cleaned my room so I did. No service at all very disappointed and looked like such a nice hotel except the manager and cleaning staff it would have been a really nice stay.
