My recent experience at this hotel has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I booked a room on their website for my stay paying with my debit card. However, upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist insisted I pay again, despite showing proof of payment from my bank account. Eventually, I was given my room, but the receptionist returned shortly afterward, asking for an additional 2.40€ in cash for city tax, which I reluctantly paid. To my dismay, a few days later, I noticed an additional charge on my bank statement, meaning I was double charged for my stay. I’ve reached out to the hotel via emails and phone calls multiple times, but have received no response. The complete lack of communication is deeply frustrating and stressful. As a loyal customer of the Louvre Group, this experience has shattered my trust in their professionalism. I’m still waiting for a refund and proper resolution, but this experience has made me seriously reconsider staying at any Louvre Group hotels in the future.

Lit propre bien fait mais couverture insuffisante. Beaucoup de toiles d araignées, le fond de la cuvette WC sale et rempli de calcaire, mal insonorisé, personnel peu accueillant, , pas d explication sur le fonctionnement de la carte, ni sur l allumage des lumières a l intérieur des chambres

Chambre non faite lit pas propre et pas carré il y avait des poils dans les draps et dans la SDB bac à douche. Hôtel bruyant! Une clim qui fonctionne à moitié mais fait un bruit pas possible des lumières de chambre qui ne fonctionnent pas du tout. Le personnel absent de la réception pour remettre les clés car celui ci préfère aller fumer. Aucune hygiène au niveau de la restauration car un chat d'un chien traîner tout près du micro onde et du buffet il y avait des poils. A éviter !!!

Hotel right next to the N10, the staff needs to be completely overhauled, especially the cleaning ladies, they insult you, tutoy you, lie to their so-called "boss". The cleaning is not done properly, the rooms are too small and full of bedbugs and other insects. In the distributor you will not find anything for less than 1€50.
