Nous sommes venus en juillet. Le climatiseur de la chambre fuyait mais le réceptionniste de l'hôtel, Sofiane, s'est montré très conciliant et nous a fait un geste commercial. Mon fils et moi le remercions pour son accueil et sa gentillesse qui va au-delà du simple service. Je souhaite à Sofiane une belle réussite

My recent experience at this hotel has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I booked a room on their website for my stay paying with my debit card. However, upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist insisted I pay again, despite showing proof of payment from my bank account. Eventually, I was given my room, but the receptionist returned shortly afterward, asking for an additional 2.40€ in cash for city tax, which I reluctantly paid. To my dismay, a few days later, I noticed an additional charge on my bank statement, meaning I was double charged for my stay. I’ve reached out to the hotel via emails and phone calls multiple times, but have received no response. The complete lack of communication is deeply frustrating and stressful. As a loyal customer of the Louvre Group, this experience has shattered my trust in their professionalism. I’m still waiting for a refund and proper resolution, but this experience has made me seriously reconsider staying at any Louvre Group hotels in the future.

Room was same style/layout as all P C lodges, very clean, compact and reasonable price. This one is difficult to find without satnav. Breakfast food quality was excellent but limited choices compared with previous stays. WiFi was difficult to log on, complicated password system. Well recommended, I've stayed at many P Cs and always found them clean, convenient and reasonably priced.

N⁰18 bruit persistant toutes les 5 secondes , le personnel nous as fais changer de chambre après 1h d attente (1h00 du matin) Et dans la chambre N⁰122 les lumières était mal faite et une d entre ne fonctionner pas. Le lendemain à 9h on est réveillé par une femme de ménages ouvrant nôtres portes sans toqués et sans même s'excuser. Après une femme de l'hotel n'a pas voulu remplir la bouteille d'eau de mon fils.
