"Book a premium apartment for the weekend with my partner and we find a shower subway bound by a hair and dirt ball, egg/excrements in one of the rooms, The floor under beds, sofa and couch without cleaning, filled with powder and pels and a pest of beans when we wake up the second night from the main door to the kitchen (including refrigerator) that made us have to throw all the food we had. I ask for compensation for the furskins and allergies caused by the lack of cleaning and they tell me that they return only 20% of the second night and that "I have to understand that it doesn't give time to clean in depth every day"."
