"Our stay at Alda Alborán Rooms was overall enjoyable. The location is truly exceptional, right in the heart of the city, with everything within walking distance. There are countless dining options nearby, making it a food lover's paradise; and in Galicia the food is amazing. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was fine, and accessing the apartment was straightforward with helpful reception staff available until 9 pm. The breakfast was pleasant, and the option to arrange nearby parking (a 5-minute walk, extra cost) was very convenient, especially since driving in the city center isn’t allowed (please be careful with GPS in Coruña). However, there were some drawbacks. Noise coming from the upper floor was quite disruptive and went on until late at night (around midnight). Additionally, one morning there was an energy supply issue, leaving the breakfast room without lights or anything hot, including coffee(!), a small hiccup that hopefully was an one-time occurrence. Lastly, we noticed a visible crack on the wall in our room, which initially concerned us, but we trusted that proper inspections and regulations are in place. Despite these issues, the fantastic location and overall amenities made our stay enjoyable. With some improvements in soundproofing and better handling of unexpected situations, this place could be even better!"

"Already on the internet we advertise room at 40€ and on site it goes to 53 rear view and 80 sea view… upon entering the hotel then in the room I found that the parquet floor was beautiful and the decor from another time… in the facts: bathroom door does not close bathtub leaks sink and bathtub have burst enamel… room side correct size clean and comfortable bedding, solid wood furniture in its original state but in very good condition but no 2nd pillow a torn armchair in a corner cigarette burns and the smell of tobacco. As for the service, a slate offers breakfast but the gentleman at reception tells us that we will have to go to the restaurant a little further away, a broken shower and shampoo dispenser... in short, to try if you like to travel to the past... alone good point: breathtaking view of the Hercules tower and the seaside, very nice."

"The train was delayed and we didn't arrive until dark. I went to the airport early the next morning. I'm not familiar with the surrounding area; it seemed rather remote and inconvenient, but there was a bus stop right outside. The service was generally okay, considering I didn't have much time to experience it."
