Appartement proche centre ville La Bourboule
Très bien situé, proche commerces, restaurants et parc, dans une résidence calme. Propriétaire très sympathique, disponible et de bons conseils. Nous pensons même revenir découvrir la région en été.

Appartement bien situé au coeur de la Ville de la BOURBOULE
Magnifique petit ville, à découvrir pour ceux qui ne la connaissent pas encore.
Appartement géographiquement bien situé.
Besoin d'être rafffraichi (c'est en cours pour tous les appartements en fil des années par les propriétaires petit à petit) et équipé un peu pour le rendre cocoon (ex: petit sofa ou fauteuils confortables...) pour ceux qui veulent rester au chaud et se reposer ou lire...un peu à l'appartement après une descente de ski, une rando, une cure.....
