Nice experience
We had a great time at this hotel. Location is ideal, the hotel is very nice and the stuff is very welcoming and helpful. Avi was great, she was very helpful and helped us with everything! The hotel has a nice pool, it is very close to the beach and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel both for families, business trips and solo travellers as well. Thank you Avi!

Passage dans ce charmant hôtel pour une nuit en chambre familiale avec mon fils et ma femme. Déjà, on arrive dans le hall d'entrée meublé à l'ancienne, ce qui donne un réel cachet à cet établissement. Notre accueil a été chaleureux et rapide, avec la directrice qui arborait un joli sourire. Elle a d'ailleurs eu de petites attentions tout au long du séjour et je la remercie encore pour ces dernières. Pour la chambre, elle était propre, bien agencée et équipée d'une kitchenette. Si vous ne voulez pas cuisiner, l'hôtel est à deux pas de nombreux restaurants, snacks et autres. Il y a même un petit supermarché. Et la plage est à 5 minutes à pied. Donc, avis très positif pour moi et ma famille pour ce séjour.

Un très bon accueil. l'équipe se souvient de mon passage précédent (décembre 2023) avec ma fille. Cette équipe est vraiment au service des clients. La propreté, les équipements, tout est impeccable !! Cet hotel est un cocon, calme et tranquillité au menu. Nous ne sommes restés qu'un jour, nous prolongerons la prochaine fois !!

Tout était parfait! L’accueil et le dynamisme de Rudy qui a été très à l’écoute, qui plus est avec de très bons conseils. Le service au bar a été exceptionnel avec l’humour de Nelson, qui nous a fait découvrir d’excellents cocktails et tapas. Ils nous ont même réservé une table dans un restaurant à proximité… Nous n’avions plus envie de partir, et reviendrons pour un 3ème séjour c’est certain!!! Un grand merci à eux et à toute l’équipe, pour leur gentillesse et professionnalisme!

réservation du 15 au 17 janvier à l'hôtel ermitage boutik hôtel, réunion. Malheureusement et indépendamment de notre volonté, un cyclone arrive sur l île exactement aux dates prévues et une alerte rouge va être en cours des lundi 15, ce qui signifie interdiction de circuler . J ai appelé l hôtel qui m a informé que je pouvais annuler mais que je perdais l argent . Ce qui est incompréhensible car ce n est pas de mon fait mais de la meteo cyclone . Aucun geste commercial de leur part

Joli d'extérieur, belle piscine (mais fraiche), bon petit déj., parking compris. Pas loin de la plage (très fréquentée). En revanche chambre petite et salle de bain des années 70 (avec bac à douche)...pas vraiment un 3*

Bel ensemble bâtiment piscine. Chambre ok. Petit dej. à volonté et assez complet. Cocktails pas mal. Personnel pas très cool. Salle de bains ridiculement petite (placard plutôt) avec carreaux et joints en très mauvais état. Pas très ragoutant. Pas de resto sur place. Le resto associé (la marmite) à 800m est à éviter. Buffet trés bas de gamme.

Le cadre parfait sauf la chambre 62 à éviter si vous voulez bien dormir car bcp de bruit juste au dessus. Je ne sais ce qu'il fabrique mais il déplace ces meubles pas agréable...
