Very dirty and noisy :( but landscape is good

The location is very nice, you can go there just for the location. There are not many facilities.

Spectacular view of the marina. The location is excellent for those who love this type.

The hotel was in a very good location. Of course it is difficult to reach by car because it is right in the inner part of the port. Our room was initially on the side that did not face the port, but since the rooms were also available, we switched to the part that faced the port by paying the difference. The upper and lower floors of the rooms are not spacious. If you consider that you are outside from morning to night, it does not affect you much. However, the bathroom and toilet are problematic, very narrow, it is not possible to take a shower or use the toilet comfortably. It is the perfect place for those with claustrophobia. The lower floor and upper floor were the same. The bases were old, making noise and even squeaking. We stayed as a couple in terms of towels, but I think they expected us to dry off with the same towel. The furniture is quite old. The windows are old, they pass sound and air in a windy environment. The air conditioners were good. It worked. The breakfast is neither too little nor too much, 2 types of cheese, salad, tomato, olive oil, jam, eggs are average. Of course, if there is a historical building in the style of a boutique hotel, it may be difficult to make a renovation. But you can eat in Kyrenia Port and then go to the hotel easily.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is very good. I recommend it to those who want a family environment. We would also like to thank Esta and Dilan from the hotel staff for their interest and smiling faces.

The location is magnificent, the staff is very attentive, especially with the attention and care of Ms. Esta, we had a wonderful holiday without any problems.

Sleeping above the nightlife is certainly uncomfortable due to the noise but the choice was made for the beautiful view. The problems of the hotel are many, except for the very kind staff, the rooms are poorly maintained, should be maintained including the really not welcoming bathrooms. Breakfast below expectations

We booked two nights and only stayed one. In your room, you will hear every note of live music from the rooftop bar as well as the electric guitar and musician from the street below. On a Saturday night, this went on until about 1:30 a.m. We politely explained to the hotel that we were cutting our visit short, but they refused any refund at all (and they were nowhere near full so we hadn't kept them from booking someone else). Only stay here if you are a night owl and VERY loud music doesn't bother you.

We went on vacation to Kyrenia with my wife and daughter on 18.08.2023. When there was a problem with the hotel reservation where we had previously planned to stay, we found a place in the hotel called "White Pearl" in Kyrenia port to stay temporarily for 2 days. I paid 2,100 ₺ for 1 night! But his room and bathroom were dirty and neglected. There was an empty coke can in his mini-cupboard. It wasn't a hotel, it looked like an abandoned, run-down apartment. We had to stay for 2 days because we had to. However, due to insect bites on the first night, we left the hotel to look for a place to stay the next day. After 1 day, insect bite wounds all over my wife's body started on my 2.5-year-old daughter and me on the 2nd day. Our whole body was itching intensely. We found a place in another hotel. My wife couldn't sleep for 2 nights due to intense itching. Since it was the weekend, I found a pharmacy on duty. When I showed the wounds to the pharmacist, he told us that we were scabies and gave us scabies cream. We used the cream, but our itching continued like pain. On Monday, we went to the emergency room of the public hospital in Kyrenia. The doctor said that it was not scabies, but an insect bite, and they gave all three of us allergy and soothing injections. Our holiday in Kyrenia, where we came with my family dreaming of a happy holiday, was ruined because of this hotel. Our whole body is covered in wounds. I will never forget my daughter's suffering. I found the phone number of Mr. B***, the owner of the hotel, and on the 2nd day of the incident, I called him, sent him a picture of the wounds on our bodies and explained the situation. Only me; He said that I am sorry but such a thing is not possible and that this is the first time they have received a complaint. As I continued to express my complaints to him, he closed the issue by saying "complain, sir, complain." When I told these events to another person I met through a person I know who lives here; "He said that he knows this hotel, that it is a problematic and neglected place and that he has heard similar complaints before. Instead of risking your health by staying in this hotel, you will be safer sleeping on the bench in the park.
