This is the perfect hotel for your stay in Kyōto! The location is minutes walk from the main metro station (which connects you to the city and other surrounding areas) and plenty of delicious options for food. Staff were always super attentive and helpful. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Spacious room with sofa, dining table, microwave, fridge and other amenities. Love the private bathroom concept. Very Convenient location (ard 8-10 mins walk to Kyoto Station). With the price, it’s definitely worth it to stay a few nights, highly recommended to all.

My room is facing Toji temple, amazing view. Hotel staff is very helpful. House keeping did an excellent job. Suggest the hotel to put public bath etiquette in English and Chinese. I saw a western guest did not clean herself before entering the public bath; two Chinese speakers guests soaked in the public bath with bath towels covered there bodes.

Great🌟👏Everything! A wonderful accommodation experience 1. Turn left and there is a 711. There are also drugstores and other convenience stores nearby. It is not far from the subway station 2. The hotel front desk is very cute, nice, and very helpful. They helped us get a taxi very carefully. The next day we were going to the pear blossom shop in Huajian. The little beauty at the front desk came out to tell the taxi driver so that the driver could take us to our destination more prepared. 3. As soon as we arrived at the hotel lobby, the two-layer automatic door slowly opened, and we heard the background music of interesting vinyl records. The guests were playing games and chatting freely in the lobby. I can only say that this contrast is too surprising in the ancient city of Kyoto. The hotel provides a variety of drinks, both free and paid. I can only say that the free ones have satisfied me too much. The coffee is delicious, and I have to mention that the hot milk is so delicious! This feels great👍 4. Although the room is small, the hygiene is very good👍The dry and wet separation makes it feel very good to live in. The space utilization of the room fully reflects the small and beautiful, and you will not find a place to put things. It is full of details. 5. Thanks again to the hotel and all the staff for the wonderful experience we had. See you next time we go to Kyoto!

Pros: - the price at the end of October was ~ 3,540 rubles for a 2-bed room; - check out yourself through a machine (takes no more than 30 seconds); - free bike rental; - bus stops nearby; - towels are changed every day, even if you don't ask for cleaning; - free coffee from 12:00 to 00:00; - 24-hour Fresco supermarket nearby; - interesting view from the window. Cons: - if you're walking from Kyoto station with a suitcase, then on the way to the hotel there is an overpass, so you don't have to drag your suitcase onto it, you have to make a detour; - the refrigerator doesn't work well (if you put sushi in there during the day, it will spoil the next morning); - dirty air conditioning.
