Fairly large triple room for Japan. Decent location too. You can leave your used towels outside for them to change daily

Loved the hotel. Excellent location, spacious and with all amenities. Metro station is nearby and located close to Gion District. Can walk to some temples nearby.

The hotel is new; we checked in on the third day after it opened. We had an executive room with two beds and a sofa. There were three of us. The hotel staff is very friendly and speaks several languages. The front desk is open 24 hours. Everything is top-notch: * a bed with an anatomically high mattress and soft, warm blankets, * daily cleaning, * shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner, * a personalized facial care kit (makeup remover, cleansing gel, lotion, and cleansing milk) * toothbrush/paste, comb, razor, mouthwash, cotton pads and swabs * towels and lounge suits for the room and the spa and sauna The sauna, spa, and gym are located on the -1 floor. All the equipment is new, clean, and pleasant. The spa plays pleasant music. The gym is open 24 hours. The spa and sauna are open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM (I could be wrong about the evening hours, as I've always made it before 10:00 PM). All the hotel photos on the website are accurate, and even better! Next time I come to Kyoto, I'll definitely stay at this hotel (3) A big thank you to the staff for our stay at this hotel!

I took my child to see the cherry blossoms on her birthday. I had to eat at this noodle shop after the ticket check. It was delicious. The hotel was very comfortable. The hotel provided a complete range of skin care products and toiletries. There was also a self-service currency exchange machine in the hotel. The exchange rate seemed a little higher, but it was convenient. It was close to the subway and there were many convenience stores nearby. I bought breakfast for the next day every night. There were microwave ovens and battery stoves. After eating, I set off to the nearby attractions in about 20 minutes. I took my child on foot and there were scenery everywhere. It was a pleasant journey.
