The room and view at Biwako Hotel were truly impressive. The bed was cozy, and the amenities were top-notch. However, the access lounge fell short of expectations. Its size, food selection, and early closing time were a bit disappointing. While the drink selection was adequate, it could have been more abundant. The breakfast spread was also on the smaller side. Despite these minor setbacks, the hotel's convenient location and comfortable accommodations make it a decent choice.

Selected Room: Harmony Suite A very clean and spacious room with a distinctive layout that boasts ample living space for a couple or family with small children. The big bathtub and plenty of natural light coming from the large windows were the major highlights of the room. Location: Prime location. Situated right next to Kyoto Station, it is a 1-minute walk from the hotel to the station. Staff: All staff members were very hospitable and gave you the best support they could when attending to requests. Gajamer was amazing! He helped us check-in and was very professional and polite in any possible way. Meals: We did not select any meal plans for this stay. Overall experience: A very pleasant stay, with all expectations met as shown in the photos and descriptions. Strongly recommended.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. You can even choose the kind of pillow you'd like for your stay, it seems! The room was very clean and the area is quiet. It's close to a big mall and a short walk to Kyoto Station. Easy to get to Gion and Nishiki Market as well. The room is a little small, but it's alright for a short stay

Extremely good location. Kyoto station just less than 5 minutes walk. For bus and train. Great selection for breakfast however menu should be changed daily. I ate the same thing for two days😅. The hotel is well maintained. Staffs were friendly and accommodative too. Souvenirs shops, desserts, and restaurants just in the vicinity. Very very convenient . I think the check out 10am is abit early. Otherwise this is a highly recommended hotel for the price and location!

Perfect location. 2 min walk to Kyoto station. However if you are traveling in 2 large  luggage with your spouse, you will really have to struggle for space.
