Enjoyed my stay at this boutique hotel so much I didn't want to leave and can say its the best part of my Changsha holiday!! The room was comfortable, lay-out well though out, spacious and clean with good amenities all round. One can also control the temperature of the air conditioning well unlike many other hotels. Only gripe is that chairs in the room were not ergonomic, with no back support. And a big short-out to the service level of the front office staff - they were friendly, hospitable, accommodating and efficient always - I have never met such a stellar/impressive team! However, do note that location was an 11 yuan taxi ride or 15-20 walk to IFS mall/Huangxing Pedestrain street, which can be daunting after a tiring down of sightseeing. And although free laundry services is provided, ironing was not included and the cords on two of my dresses came unraveled. Fortunately, they were old dresses and it was still OK to simply cut the cords off. Nevertheless, I thoroughly enjoyed my 5 nights stay at this boutique hotel. It was very memorable and I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Changsha!

This is my Nth time in Changsha. I am very satisfied with the Shufang Hotel I stayed in this time. The hygiene is very good. The book boys "Shelley" and "Hugo" at the front desk received our family. They knew that we like to drink Cha Yan Yue Se, so they prepared Cha Yan Yue Se hot tea for us. When we checked out the next day, they also gave us two bags of Cha Yan Yue Se snacks. They were also very attentive to the children and gave each of them a box of building block toys. It was a warm day in the cold winter❤️

The room is not very big, but it is clean and tidy, and there is warmth surrounded by books. The transportation is about 10 minutes away from the subway station and the city center. The front desk also upgraded our room and saw the New Year's Eve fireworks. It was perfect!
