The room is quite small, I cant even put the baggage open and the location walking from the center food about 2-3 km and it’s not far from the travel point. Overall is ok.

It is a decent hotel to stay in, nearby a popular location (Erdaobaihe) with many snow activities, it’s convenient to take a taxi there rather than walking. The water supply is limited however, and the location makes food deliveries take an extremely long time (the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast/dinner options) so eating out or ordering food to be delivered is the only option for eating.

Cheap for what it is! Not bad. Other locations are better with hotsprings. Convenient to visit North slope of Changbaishan.

Room was clean and bed was comfy. Bit far from restaurants and shops, around 25 minute walk. Price was very reasonable.

We arrived quite late but the front desk was helpful and we had no problems checking in. Good stay, had everything we needed!

Because I was worried that the kettle in the hotel room was not clean, I called the front desk to ask if there was hot water. There was no landline in the room, so I called with my own mobile phone. The front desk replied very coldly: No. That's all. It was really disappointing. But it turned out that there was hot water in the restaurant on the first floor. This restaurant is open to everyone. It is right next to the front desk. The hot water is only two meters away. It is not an exaggeration at all. How did we find out? We went back at night and saw two young ladies eating instant noodles here. We asked where the hot water was. They pointed to the big kettle next to them, and we took cups down to fill it. Only then did we get hot water, and my throat felt a little better. It was a very disappointing hotel. (3) I don't want to give a bad review, but this attitude is really outrageous. The cold front desk of the hotel does not provide hot water, which is a normal thing. It also deceives customers.

The overall environment is OK. It is difficult to get a taxi in Changbai Mountain. The front desk will help you call a taxi. It is very friendly. It is a short distance from the town. The overall cost performance is OK.

The hotel manager "Micheng" is very good! He arranged the driver, tickets, and itinerary! He also upgraded us to a king-size room for free because we had a lot of luggage! He also came to help us when our luggage was broken hahaha! The room is clean and has everything you need! In addition to a washing machine and a refrigerator

The hotel is not located in a busy area nor luxurious, but it is quiet and warm, with good hygiene and service.
