Photos of the nearby territory are not utterly correct, because the place is under construction, a lot of noise and dust and only one pool worked. The beach is close by and clean. Very little places where you can eat or buy food. Personnel is friendly but speaks only chinese. Not recommended for foreign travellers.

Worst two week stay of my life!!! Beds are so hard it's like sleeping on concrete! Asked for more pillows to try and help with this as I'm pregnant and was told to buy them myself as they were out of stock. Also asked for urgent help on one occasion and was told they were to busy. Extreme renovation work happening in the building beside us so construction noise the whole time basically, especially early morning. Don't expect a sleep in. I asked about moving rooms between the bed situation and the noise and was told someone was checking out the next day and they would show me the room. Next day came and I waited all day to hear from them. Finally I messaged and was told oh no there are no rooms now 😡 Cleaners come at random times and are hit and miss with what they replace. I had to ask for towels on more than one occasion. Sometimes cleaning would not happen to 6pm at night. Cleaning is not very good. There is absolutely no cuttlery in the apartments. Some glasses in the bathroom and on the table but no bowls, knife and forks or anything. No dishwashing liquid. Had to buy my own things. There is a washing machine and washing liquid which was great but no clothes rack so we just hung clothes over the balcony. Beautiful grounds that were well cared for and once renovations are complete on the rest of the pools which I am assuming is for this hotel it will be alot better. Beach is close by and was nice, only one pool open and limited seating but you just had to time it well and hope for the best. I am sad that I went on holiday and should have been relaxing but it was horrible and we couldn't wait to leave. My partner joined for 6 days and he wanted to leave after day 2!!!! This place has the potential to be amazing but they need to learn how to run it better and make some adjustments. Customer service is lacking. I had wanted to come back in December with all my family to stay in one of there 3 bedroom apartments but we won't be doing that now due to how this trip went. I don't recommend for foreign people.

The apartment is right by the sea, the environment is very good and clean, but there are not many people in Yazhou Bay, and the occupancy rate seems to be low. I found out that there was no hot water in the room the next morning. I suggest you check it before entering the room to prevent any problems when you need it.

Super satisfied, the room balcony faces the beach, the scenery is superb, you can go to the beach by going downstairs, it's very comfortable to take a nap on the sofa with the window open

Let me describe the actual situation. This is actually an apartment, but it is labeled as a hotel. We booked two 90-degree sea view suites. Before booking, we called to ask if there were adjacent rooms. We were told that there were. After booking, we arrived at the hotel and were told that we could only live next to each other on the upper and lower floors. The final solution was to downgrade the room type and live diagonally opposite. This was the first time I encountered a downgrade in the room type when staying in a hotel. In terms of hygiene, the room had mosquitoes and cockroaches, so I wouldn't give it a high score. The environment was because of the downgrade. The second is service. Two points are given to the afternoon and night shift front desk clerks. The day shift clerks have a bad attitude. In terms of facilities, there is a washing machine in the room, and a gas stove, but we were told that it could not be used. There is nothing special.

It was far beyond my expectations. It was very good. I was very satisfied with both the room and the community environment. The front desk and housekeeper services were also very good. They would contact me in advance to inform me of the location. After checking in, they would personally take me to the room to avoid me not being able to find it. It was really great. It's not far to drive to Guanyin Temple on the Sea. I highly recommend it~

It is worth recommending. My family stayed in a two-bedroom suite. The location is also very good! I especially like the service. At 12 o'clock in the evening, I needed a quilt, and the guy went to the warehouse to find it and sent it to me! I will choose this hotel next time! Recommended!

Stayed again. Environment: The room is spacious, with a view of the beach, the Big and Small Dongtian Lei area, and the Hilton Hotel. Hygiene: Clean and tidy Facilities: Password lock to open the door, key elevator. The desk is quite comfortable. 4 chairs. Service: There are few vegetables for breakfast, no porridge. The snacks are quite good, with noodles and rice noodles. Free drinking water and Coke.

The room was nice. It was a room overlooking the sea. It only took a few minutes to get to the beach. The breakfast was good and suited our taste. We were also happy to check out half an hour late.

Very clean hotel, very considerate service, nice surroundings, there is a swimming pool downstairs, although I didn't go swimming. The hotel is very close to the beach, you can go to the beach at any time. Because it is in a residential area, you need to contact the staff to bring you into the residential area before checking in, and you can come and go as you please after checking in.

The service was very considerate. In order to provide convenience for me and my companions, they took the initiative to upgrade my room. The room has a good view, luxurious space, delicious breakfast, rich variety, and you can see the sea!

The space is large, the bedding is clean, both bedrooms are facing south, and the balcony is connected, so you can enjoy the sunshine in Sanya this season. It is a 15-minute drive from Nanshan Temple and very close to Yazhou Bay Beach, suitable for a family vacation.
