Traditional Japanese room. The hotel has public baths on the 6th floor. Service was impeccable, personnel is very helpful and kind.

Great service - cleanliness, behaviour and attention to detail. It was our first time staying at a ryokan and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The staff was so professional and friendly, went beyond their way to show us our room. Facilities were also excellent and the location of the hotel was fantastic.

was one metro stop / direct bus line from kyoto station which was super handy, the staff is veery very nice they took care of me well — taught me how to put the complimentary kimono on, gave me a room tour, etc. a very positive experience overall and definitely for its money’s worth :)

The gaiseki taste was great. The bath was good while watching the outside

A very relaxing experience. Loved the massage service the bed and the amenities. Would even be better if dinner was served inside the room and was a little disappointed that they didn’t refill the bath set amenities on the second day.

This hotel offers the great location and customer service. My friend and I checked in late at different times. The front desk helped to assign rooms connecting each other. Thank you very much. The room is very clean and cozy . I will recommend it.

I checked in just for 2 nights to experience a traditional ryokan, and honestly I wish I had stayed longer! Rooms were so comfortable and beautiful, and the entire staff was so kind and helpful. If you’ve never really experienced Japanese culture, they’ll walk you through everything (including the right way to wear a yukata!) The onsen was also a huge selling point for me, and I was not disappointed. Made for a wonderful winter getaway

It's about a 15-20 minute walk from Kyoto Station, and there's a bus that goes right in front. The area around the accommodation is quiet and secluded. The owner of the accommodation is very kind, and when you check in, he introduces each item in the room and even shows you how to wear a kimono. The bed and the room were in great condition, and the **seki breakfast was delicious. I would visit again.

Even though I arrived late, they welcomed me kindly and the staff was so kind! They helped me catch a taxi, recommended a good restaurant, and helped me a lot, which was really nice :) The accommodation was clean and the ryokan was a great experience because I could relax while looking at the night view. I wanted to stay one more dayㅜㅜ Highly recommended🥹

Very good hotel, I spun in the bathhouse ☺️❤️ They provide bathing suits with better materials and teach how to wear them, which are very beautiful. The breakfast is also very delicious. It looks like a small amount, but I feel full after eating. There was no one when I went to the bathhouse in the morning. I reserved the place and the layout was in line with the bathhouse in my mind. It was the best of the best. I hope to come again if I have the chance

The room was nice, but it cost a lot more. Ctrip also had a bug in this matter. I chose 1 adult and 2 children, but the hotel said they only received the message that one person checked in, and they added more than 3,000 yuan to my bill.

We booked a small room, but the room facilities were very new and nice, and the shower was very big. Dinner and breakfast were very rich, and the service was very enthusiastic. There was just an old lady who was the receptionist in the morning 👵, which was indescribable
