Room is clean and spacious, just slightly expensive. Free coffee at ground floor too.

This hotel building was small but in the room is ok clean and smell good. Small kitchen is nice. It looks like we stay at home.

spa very nice after a day walking really good to have a hot spa but little bit bad with bus and subway

First family trip of 4 to Kyoto. Hotel location was right smacked in the middle of the city and the carpark was just beside the hotel. As it was alongside the main road, I asked for a room facing the back alley (which was quieter) and we slept so well. Washing machine services and onsen on the 9th floor which was very helpful for travellers. I highly recommend this hotel and I hope to come back again.

Great hotel to explore from with a small but perfect onsen on the top floor as well as washing machines for us to use.

Good hotel, not far from station or centre of town (about half an hour walk each). Coffee provided all day in the lobby. Gym available but costs 1000 yen per visit and requires reservation which is a bit annoying. Rooms are big compared to other hotels of similar price in Japan. Coin laundry is good (cash only). Onsen is nice - separate for men and women as is standard in Japan.

The room is quite large! It can hold up to 3 people! Even it is not close enough to the train station for elder person, there’s still bus stops surrounding in all directions!

Sorry not returning to this hotel. We don’t like it. It’s just not worth it. Try to book a decent hotel in Kyoto, because it’s very difficult to find a good one. Not like in Tokyo.

Very nice hotel, located close enough to the metro/jr lines and the most important places of the city. Room is quiet big (as for Japan), breakfasts were ok. Staff is helpful.
