Because of the bad weather, I was afraid of early morning flight delays, so I wanted to stay near the airport one night in advance. I chose Orange Hotel. I arrived at Jiaodong Airport at 7:30 pm. They said that there was a bus every half an hour and the driver would contact me. I contacted the hotel many times and asked me to wait. The driver never contacted me until I found out which bus it was. The driver said that he didn't have my contact number and that the bus was full. The hotel asked me to take a taxi and it would be reimbursed, but all taxis refused to take me. Finally, I was lucky to call an online car-hailing service, but the hotel didn't reimburse me. It was really annoying.

Because we had to catch a flight this morning, the front desk and the kitchen specially asked our family of five to have breakfast early. In the rush, I forgot a backpack. I was in a hurry and couldn't be called back to the hotel. I called for help. The front desk said they could help me at 08:00. It was delivered to the airport, so I checked in first and then waited for the backpack to arrive.
