Our host Ganga was really friendly, communicative and fun! She helped us feel at home and answered all our questions really well. The hosts also greeted us warmly every time. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast was really delicious. The service was really amazing. Everything was tidy and well maintained. We are looking forward to visiting the ryokan again.

Great location, unique bedroom and very kind staff,highly recomended.Lots of food options nearby and ones open 24 hours too.The transportation is convenient.also has onsen😂

Very polite, courteous and sincere services provided by the staffs. Located conveniently. Only public onsen available, wished that there could be private onsen option as well. Unique experience of having kaiseki meals in room and sleeping on tatami with futon.

I was thinking about staying at a ryokan while traveling alone, but I don't regret staying here! The location is great and the staff is so, so, so kind!! I was able to leave my luggage after checking out, and they even called a taxi for me, so I was able to get to the station comfortably! I also liked the bathroom, and the air conditioning was really good! I would definitely go again!

The large public bath was small but satisfactory. The location was great too! It's a 5-minute walk to Nishiki Market. It was easy to find the way because you just had to go straight up to Daimaru Department Store :) Breakfast is simple and clean! It was good value for money :)

A very beautiful Japanese hotel with good value for money. When you check in, you will help deliver your luggage to the room, and you will also be introduced to the room facilities and usage in great detail, and you will also be provided with a yukata! What a surprise!
