Wonderful hotel with very good location! Big room, clean and fresh. You have everything you need. Complementary pastry and 24-hours tea/coffee station in lounge. Laundry available, as well as umbrella for rainy weather. We enjoyed our stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm and attentive from the moment I arrived, making check-in quick and easy. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like complimentary bottled water and a cozy robe. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options each morning. The location was convenient, close to public transport and local attractions. Overall, the experience was relaxing and enjoyable—I’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent service provided by all staff. Hotel to shopping street or market not too far about 15-20 mins walking distance. New hotel so all in good condition. They provided light refreshments in the morning, juice n danish pastries.

The hotel customer service is great and helpful. The location is great, by walking distance can reach the shopping street! And near to lrt station too They provide the luggage storage service until 5pm which is convenient to traveller.

The room was spacious and clean, with free coffee 24 hours a day and free bread in the morning. Highly recommended! The owner is American, the receptionist speaks Chinese, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kyoto. Thank you!

The room is located in a quiet area amidst the hustle and bustle, convenient for visiting attractions and markets. Although breakfast is not provided, the free bread, coffee, and milk are sufficient to satisfy hunger. Although the room is not large, all the details are good. It is also very quiet. The room is in line with the photos and it is newly opened. The price may be a bit high, but it is worth it. The lady who speaks Chinese is also very good.

The newly opened hotel is only 7 minutes away from Kyoto Station by taxi. The room is large enough and the facilities are complete. I like it very much. Next time I come, I will choose this hotel without a doubt. The front desk check-in was also very quick and professional.

All the staff speak English, and the hotel is cozy and clean. Cleaning was done daily, and complimentary rolls, juice, water, and milk were available in the lobby in the morning. There's a 24-hour coffee machine, a smoking room, and a washing machine (shared for an additional fee). Conveniently located, close to the metro and grocery stores.

Excellent location, easily accessible from the train station by metro. Very clean, very friendly staff, quiet, comfortable bed.

Overall, it was quite good; quiet, spacious rooms, and decent service. The bread and coffee downstairs were quite good. The location was quiet despite being in a busy area. The windows were sealed and couldn't be opened, but the air conditioning worked reasonably well. The bedside table was a bit dusty.

A great, spacious room. Conveniently located near the metro, with various supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Water was provided daily and housekeeping was light. The common areas had a pleasant aroma, and the atmosphere was calm. We rarely encountered other guests. Perhaps we missed some small items in the bathroom, like cotton pads or toothpaste. *The toothbrush sets included small tubes of toothpaste, but they were difficult to remove. Cons: there was no window; there was a dummy one with a curtain. But since our purpose in traveling was to admire the views of Japan, not the view from the hotel window, this didn't bother us at all.

A great new hotel with huge rooms. The location is fantastic – the metro, the fish market, and all the sights are within walking distance. We had free coffee, croissants, and juices in the morning. We really enjoyed it.

The room was clean and the location was great! I'd like to use it again.
