Great location if you take hankyu line train from Kyoto station exit 4 is just right in front of the hotel. The room is like normal Japanese size; small but organized. My mom and I both are big but still comfortable. And when you want to back to Osaka with luggages no worries, exit 4 has elevator down to B2 floor which is platform located. Near by hotel has family mart, bus stop which is take only 1 ride to go to lots of attractions such as Kiyomizu-dera, Hokanji temple, and Pontocho alley. Staff also great, they are so helpful, and if you are Thai bet your luck to find Thai staff 😀. I also booked with breakfast, their breakfast is so good like traditional Japanese things, but also has some bread and soup provided. Overall, I will 100 percent back here again for the next trip.

Rooms are not so big however they were clean and nice. For us it didn’t matter cause we didn’t spend much time in the hotel. Location is good, not far from metro station.

Service was great. Check-in and Check-out was simple and fast. Staff were courteous and went the extra mile to volunteer instructions on how to get to our next destination by train. Hotel lobby and room were very clean. Amenities were always available at the hotel lobby and the quality of the free-flowing coffee was excellent! Location is great with a subway exit just across the hotel and several bus stations nearby.

A grear location not so far from the city centre, near Nijo castle and Kyoto station. The reception desk was very helpful, when i lost my room card the quickly replaced it without any hesitation. Wonderful clean room with an air conditioner and all amenities!

The room is very small to the extent that there is barely space to open a bag on the floor. However, everything is clean and functions well

The hotel was clean, cozy, and seemed quite new, which was a big plus. The location was very convenient, and we walked everywhere during our stay since everything was easily accessible on foot. We didn’t try the hotel’s breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, but there were plenty of nearby shops and authentic cafes with great food options. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Nice location, convenient to trains and buses. Lawson and drugstore nearby. The only thing I find not comfortable is the pillow. But overall nice hotel.

WiFi is very bad. Connected to wifi but can’t really use the internet most of the time especially at night when everyone is back at hotel. Other than that, hotel is relatively new and everything looks new and clean. Room is really small for two person but then again most Japan hotels are like this. Can only open one luggage at a time. Toilet is small too. Booked room for 3 nights but mineral water only given at first day. Housekeeping only at every 4 nights. Location is good as there’s supermarkets nearby. Best thing is that there is free coffee and tea available 24hr at the lobby.

Friendly staff. Helpful amenities that made the stay comfortable. Hotel looked quite modern and stylist. Short walk to well-connected train line. They provided us with two key cards, which was very helpful. Room is the standard small size of many Japanese hotels. The bathroom is slightly more spacious than other hotels, and also has a retractable clothes line that I found useful. The window did not have a view but provided sunlight and fresh air. Would stay here again.

The location is good can assess with bus or Hankyu railway line. hotel facility has Laundry machine and ice machine which is a must in summer. Staff is very nice and supportive to travelers.

Excellent location where you can find parking nearby and less than 5mins walk to train station. Staffs are nice and willing to help. Nice breakfast and you can relax at private bath. Amenities can pick up yourself at the first floor and coffee 24 hours. Recommended!
