it was perfect and we really enjoyed it so much! immediately the staff was attentive and kind.

Rooms are very clean, though the toilet hadn't been flushed when I first entered. Quiet, and AC worked well. Breakfast area is small, prob because not much offered other than cereal and bread offerings. Coffee was OK from an automatic machine; though no sugar substitutes available. Heard it was recently placed under new management, so hopefully they make some improvements. Carpet is new, and some areas are remodeled, though you can tell from other areas that it's an older building. I didn't like water leak in the tub. Excellent price, for what you get.

The area to get to it made it difficult. There is only one way in and out.

Made reservation on Choice app. Nothing said anything about remolding in process. Got a phone call asking what time we would be checking in.(strange). Got to hotel to find out they are remodeling the first and second floor rooms. Third floor completed. Are reserving on a CC I was told I had to give a $50.00 cash deposit for incidentals since I was on the third floor!! In 45 years of hotel stays I have never had to pay a deposit!! Told them the credit card would be the deposit. They made copies of my CC and DL . They would not return them at check out. (Watching my CC bill). Got one room key for two people. When coming in with luggage and got to elevator it had a sign on it stating “out of service use the stairs” this was almost the last straw! Lady at desk in very broken English said the elevator was working. It did but sounded like it would break at any time and the graffiti in it was bad. Once to room it was clean and freshly painted. But nice. Had one large towel, two hand towels and wash rags. Went to desk and asked for another set of towels and received a single large towel. Reason was given we already had two which we did not. Would NOT give a 1 but this was the lowest I can give on this app!!

We were looking for a simple accommodation for one night for our family of four and this seemed acceptable on the app we used. As soon as we entered the hall, we noticed all the warning signs by the reception. One of them stating that you had 10 minutes to check your room and ask for a refund if you didn’t like it. Yeah, that should have been the sign we had to run. But we did not. From the terrible smell of mold and food in the whole hotel, the extra dirty carpet, the broken toilet seat and moving tiles on the bathroom floor, our stay was definitely unpleasant. We have stayed at cheaper hotels that were definitely cleaner. Won’t be back.
