Det personliga bemötandet var över all förväntan!! Vilka underbara personer som jobbar här!!
Ni löste en sen middag för oss utan det minsta knot och mötte oss med ett leende och fantastiskt god mat dessutom!
Det enda som jag kan tänka är att ni borde se över är belysningen på rummet. Först och främst byta ut trasiga lampor, men även generellt, som kvinna vill man gärna ha lite mer funktionell belysning för att kunna göra makeupen. Sen var det tråkigt att se handdukshängaren hänga på "trekvart".

Talk about going the extra mile!
Talk about going the extra mile- my girlfriend has some food allergies which seldom works with buffet food. We let them know in advance to see if they could do something and the restaurant made her a buffet of her own and served at our table- world class! Cool with bowling at the hotel too.
