It's very cheap. It felt like a student dormitory, but there were also senior citizens staying there. It's dilapidated in places, but that's not a problem. Most of the staff are foreigners, and few can speak Japanese. There are many foreigners staying here. There were only bath towels. The building is foreign style, so slippers are convenient. There are few outlets, so you'll need a power strip. The breakfast is sufficient for that price. I didn't see any microwaves or TVs in the building, but I wonder if they're on some floor.
