The room was very well-equipped, and the bed was large and comfortable. We also experienced the private hot springs, and the hotel also provided shuttle service. The receptionist and driver were both very friendly. I had no time left, otherwise I would have stayed an extra night! A great experience!

Went there for skiing. Before booking it, I was struggling between Sansui and Park Hyatt. And I’m really glad that we picked Sansui. The location is great, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the free shuttle service is simply top-notch in Niseko.
Love the design of the hotel, even the scent in common area. Onsen is also great.
The only thing we don’t particularly like was the breakfast. For its price level, the breakfast was too simple (plastic coffee machine).

The location is perfect. The service staff is very friendly. The room facilities are new and the decoration is very good. Next time I come to Niseko, I will definitely choose this hotel again because it is really worth it!
