Mecure, time to lift your game! It’s summer in Japan and the swimming pool is empty & closed.?? Surrounding landscaped areas not well maintained. Rooms & corridors delight you with a musty aged smell that takes time getting used to. Positives: View of surrounding coastline excellent, sunrise beautiful. Room’s good size. Buffet Breakfast decent with options Afternoon & Evening free snacks & drinks a bonus. Negs: Customer service adequate but can’t say a lot of enthusiasm. Room & corridor’s musty The place needs renovation Need car for access hotel. No pool operating in summer???

Great staying, big rooms, lovely onsen, nice freebies in the evening and excellent breakfast. For the breakfast there was so much choice and it was so good! Honestly one of the best hotel breakfast I had, probably the best in Japan.

The room was clean and the view from the window was wonderful. The last shuttle bus leaves at around 4pm, so don't be late. It's a great outdoor hot spring. Looking at the night sky, feeling the cool breeze, and immersing your whole body in hot water - what a pleasure. The food was okay, and when I used the minibar, they said it was "no" to take a bottle of Calpis back to the room. I just had to drink it slowly in the room, so maybe even one glass was not okay? Anyway, it was a nice hotel. I'll come again. I still can't use the bottle.

The hotel service is very enthusiastic. We like to live in a room with a good view on a high floor. The hotel met our requirements and arranged an excellent, quiet and comfortable room. The room is large, clean and hygienic. Free mineral water will be provided tomorrow. The bedding is also very comfortable. There are free drinks, coffee and snacks in the hotel lobby. The breakfast has a rich variety, both Western and Japanese styles are good. The hotel hot spring is also very comfortable. The hotel also has a fixed-point bus to pick up from the train station, which is very convenient. We stayed for 4 days. It is worth recommending to tourists who like fewer people, quiet and beautiful natural scenery.

The room is large, the surrounding environment is good, there is a convenient parking lot, the hot spring is good, the breakfast and dinner are very rich, and the attractions of Kushimoto Town can basically be seen at a glance in the hotel.

The hot spring is very comfortable, but it is too abstract to have no toothbrush and microwave. The room is large, with a refrigerator and wardrobe, but no washing machine. The cheaper ones I stayed in before have all of them, so it is difficult to comment.

A hotel I will stay in again and again. Except for the old and outdated rooms, the external environment + lobby supermarket + lobby mini bar (where drinks, beverages and snacks are available) are impeccable. The hot spring is also very comfortable.

當日Front desk的女員工服務非常好，有禮貌，我們訂的是全包餐，但酒店表示沒有午餐包的，而且房的種類也差， 女員工表示係*******訂的， 但係佢哋都覺得唔好意思，盡量幫我哋解決，最後upgrade咗間房仲， check out時仲送咗蛋糕同埋嘢飲畀我哋 ，佢亦希望我哋留言反映返呢件事，佢哋係唔會包午餐嘅，即係trip.com呢度寫嘅係唔啱。 酒店地點方面， 如非自駕遊地點有點不方便， 當日絶大多數係日本人入住。晚餐係自助餐， 都算幾好，幾多選擇。

The previous check-in was done by a ** man. When he saw the child with me, he did not mention the child's yukata. After I checked in, I saw that there was no yukata in the room, so I went down to ask. It turned out that the child's yukata was at the front desk, and they had to go into a room to get it. This man was very impatient when he changed the size because the size he took out for me the first time was not suitable. This is the second unfriendly male service staff in this hotel! If you need a yukata with your child, remember to ask the front desk for it. The other female service staff who greeted the guests are still good. 3. There are snacks, drinks, and small wines available from 3 to 6 pm and 9 to 11 pm every day. There are not many varieties, but many people eat and drink after opening. It is usually closed, with only a coffee machine and self-made lemonade. 4. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from Kushimoto Station to the hotel. The hotel has a shuttle bus to and from Kushimoto Station every day. The driver is quite polite. The bus will depart on time every day, no reservation is required, and it is right in front of the hotel and the station. It is quite convenient to check the schedule to go back and forth between the station and the hotel. We didn't know there was a shuttle bus on the day of check-in. Because we had luggage, we decided to take a taxi, which cost more than 800 yen. It's only a 5-minute drive. 5. As soon as you come out of Kushimoto Station, you can see a large supermarket, Daiso, a drugstore, etc. There is a Wangjiang Dumplings, but I didn't notice other restaurants. We often go to the supermarket near the station. It's quite large and complete. It's very convenient to buy ready-made breakfast, lunch and dinner. I just didn't find a microwave in the hotel. I don't know if there is one for everyone to use. 6. There is a bus stop a few minutes walk from the hotel. It runs a clean minibus. The station name is shown in the picture. Check the station name when you go. It is very useful to combine it with Googlemap! 7. The Japanese-style rooms are all on the third floor. There are no upper floors. There is a large roof outside the window, which greatly reduces the scenery. If you are not particularly fond of Japanese-style rooms, please be careful when choosing.
