Canary Islands Resort & Spa

Had been to this resort with my family, the road to the resort was beautiful except the last stretch which wasn't well maintained, an suv is preferred but sedan can also cautiously go. My first experience which is the welcome was not the best, we had intimated the hotel if us reaching a bit early say 12 and we reached by 1, on reaching good welcome but then we were told to wait in the restaurant on room being readied, they implied or will be a couple of mins but then in the restaurant none had a clue of when the room will be ready and then finally we were told checkin is at 2 only complete disaster felt like leaving the place. So the first moment of truth was extremely distasteful and the worst part the manager did not even apologize once and kept saying checkin is at 2 we will try. Anyway at that point I thought a wasted holiday but everything post that was pretty good, the dove room had a great view though it needs a little tlc but overall decent. Secondly the food was great limited options but fresh and good. The watersports was a good attraction and we spent both days doing some activities but from a staff courtesy and engagement angle I would not rate this as a good hotel. Would recommend going there with a group of families rather than a single family to enjoy. Wouldn't recommend nor not recommend this property

Location is scenic and rooms were comfortable with a good view, value for money, also to mention the service was top notch. Food was good

Amazing location and very well maintained resort. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are great clean and spacious. Weather was really cool and the resort was easy to access. Food at the restaurant was amazing and child friendly. Staff took special care for the baby everywhere we went in the resort. There were amazing water sports, ziplining, ATV ride in jungle and spa. Special mention to Jaysingh, Atul K, Suresh and few other ladies in service. We celebrated Birthday at the location and they had special package for celebration.

A beautiful location in the midst of the mighty Sahyadri Mountains. The drive to the resort is through some breathtaking terrain. The entrance gate sets the tenor, the welcome is heartfelt. The landscape is beautifully manicured. The short ferry ride through the serene waters sets the tempo for the vacation. The rooms and cottages are very well appointed, with all expectations completely satisfied. Excellent furnishings, well thought out fittings and accessories. Service is prompt, the food worthy of long discussions, full of flavour. In all, a holiday which will be part of family lore. And the icing, its pet friendly!

Had a great stay here… the property is very peacful with lot of activities to do from water sports to jungle trail.. swimming pool has seprate kid section..

It was a lovely stay once again here , everything feels soo peacefull and different I always enjoy my stay here , the swimming area is just too good with water sports and zipline . When its Lonavala its for sure Canary Island 💓
