Great stay with friendly staff and a simple onsen available for most of the day.

service is good , location is about 15 minutes walk to the JR station

All clear. Good hotel, there’s a washing machine in the 2/F and an onsen. Recommended.

Hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. Will stay there if we do visit Kurumw again.

Have indoor onsen and the room is big. Also, there are no additional charge for the onsen, which is good.

Green Rich Kurami is a very good hotel conveniently located at the center of Kurami city. Good and clean hotel, worth staying at other Green Rich hotels in future.

The onsen is not clean. Breakfast is not at good value. Room was ok.

The room is clean but not too big. It is OK for one person, but it may be a little small for two people. There is no free mineral water, but there is a vending machine on the first floor. There is a parking lot, and it is convenient to take a taxi at the door. Overall, the price-performance ratio is good.

The hotel is very new, so the hygiene level is very good. The location is nothing special. You must drive to this city, otherwise you won't stay there. However, there are not enough parking spaces in the hotel. There is a high chance that you have to park in a parking lot near the hotel. It is a bit inconvenient during heavy seasons.

Families with children or those who are very afraid of the smell of cigarettes should never book a room. They clearly booked a non-smoking room, but when they arrived, they were told that only smoking rooms were left. They then said that they clearly booked a non-smoking room, but the counter said that this was just a request. ???Doesn’t it mean something certain? ? ? However, when placing the order, it was clearly stated that smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms were separate options, and there was no indication of a request on it! The attached proof of order indicates that I have indeed booked a non-smoking room. I don’t know if it is a problem with the app or the hotel. On the smoking floor, the elevator is full of smoke as soon as it is opened. The smell of smoke in the room also penetrates into the carpet and walls all night long. It was very uncomfortable, and because it was the same day, there was no way to get a refund. The advertisement was completely false. If I had known that there would be a smoking room, I would not have chosen this place. There were other more cost-effective accommodations that night, just because the hotel seemed larger in size. It's big and has a hot spring, but if you knew you were in a smoking room, you wouldn't choose it at all. Moreover, the price when booking a smoking room is different from a non-smoking room. It's really, really exaggerated. It was very cold that night, but I still had to open the window to sleep. I hope I can give an explanation

This hotel is a bit far from Kurume Station, it takes about 20 minutes to walk, but the hotel staff is very polite and the room is clean and large. Overall satisfied with this stay.
