We booked this hotel with windows to get sunshine and fresh air. They gave me a basement room (-1 floor ) Room situation as per attached pictures. You can check I must thank receptionist he offered me a free breakfast

The room is quite small, but it served its purpose well for a one-night stay to catch the train from Paddington Station.

Air con wasn't working properly and the room was absolutely stifling hot!!! We were provided with a fan... which helped... but only a little. Who wants to hear a fan blowing all night?? I have NEVER been so uncomfortable in a hotel room.. ever!! We stayed for 3 nights. The room temperature was 30 to 31 degrees.... each night. That is unacceptable and I will say that this spoiled our stay in London. If you are considering this hotel, then confirm with them that there is proper air con. In my opinion this is basic stuff - Message to the Hotel Owners, sort this out!

The room is small and quite old ... most importantly the room is not thoroughly cleaned, can see dust on corner of the bed sheet and pillows, around the closet door as well. The room is super noisy too, can hear clearly next door talking and TV sound , also noise from outside of the hotel .

I had chosen this hotel because it had a gym and it was disappointing. A small room in the basement all cramped with very little equipment.

Overall, it is not bad. However, the walls are thin, and there are still many people in the lounge until nearly midnight. In the morning around 7:30 a.m., I have also heard a vacuum being used to clean.

Not quite the same as pictures showed when booking for room booked. Given room on -1 level. Walls showed very visible stains from water damage. Shower head in shower was dirty. TV not smart as advertised. Fridge did not work. Room had smell of damp. Only 1 USB port in room, took ages to charge phone had to leave it on charge over night. Only positives was location and bed was very comfortable.
