Good rooms, clean and maintained, staff also very helpful, furniture needs bit of repair, location is also good with ample parking

Excellent Property with very hospitable staff. Food quality is great and could be Tailor made like less oil or spicy etc. Used it for 3 nights with over 20 guests and found it be of decent quality. Location of the hotel is at a very convenient place near Bus stop. I orefer to use it whenever I will visit KKR.

Location- good
Food- good
Aminities- Room was not worth the price. Had mosquitoes in the room. Tv remote was not working, had to call twice to fix.
Services- even after asking to clean the room while I was out it was not cleaned.

MANISH from Front office welcomed us really well and guided us about the local tourist spots, he was very friendly and well trained in front office skills. He ensured we had a comfortable stay in the hotel and went on extra mile to look after his guests. JASBEER, the Doorboy was very welcoming whenever we entered or left from the hotel. YOGESH and JAI PRAKASH from Food and Beverages Department ensured we had a piping hot cup of tea took care of our breakfast really well. YOGESH took care of restaurant and his guests really well. The hotel is good but the staff at the reception perhaps need a reality check. Just bcz you are doing good does not give you the right to be arrogant. Their website mentions some prices and when you check in with the hotel they mention higher rates! Upon questioning they say that we are sold out online and the charges on the website are only indicative.

Clark’s Inn looked great in pics but in reality, it’s not well maintained and looked way past its prime. The AC was not working and we had to change room at 12 in night after trying everything to make it work. And given I was travelling with a 2 year old, one can imagine the ordeal. The breakfast next morning was good (only saving grace). Overall it doesn’t deserve more than 2500 to 3000/- , way too overpriced for 5K per room.
