There are few gaps in maintaining a clean and comfortable room standard whilst basics are met.
As we had flight issues and wanted to return to the hotel, we were disappointed that the phone wasn't answered at the hotel though we tried several times.

there was rubbish outside near the bushes, noticed it hadnt been picked up by room service staff as they passed it- several days. need a small desk in the room. fridge overflow tray from freezer had defrosted and overflowed- creating a towel soaking mess. bed was very hard, need a new mattress. parking very tight. location on the lake, swimming pool delightful. free washing machines great.

This property is great but it needs a lot of work behind the scenes I think in our welcome pack it's eight daily housekeeping no housekeeping was part of our package was present by a house day so the office skill said very hard to get stuff to stop and help you as well

I have stayed at this hotel twice now, and both times I was truly impressed by the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I unfortunately can’t remember everyone’s name, but I would like to give a special mention to the lovely French lady at the restaurant who made sure I could enjoy my curry without any spice, the kind English lady who picked me up from the airport, and Yvonne, who kindly arranged a very late check-out so I could rest and recover from a cold before heading to the airport. The rooms are spotless and very pleasant to stay in. The only thing I missed was having a standard window, as I preferred not to leave the curtain open on the French window for privacy. All in all, I definitely recommend this hotel — the care and attention from the team truly make a difference!

We had a great stay here. The room was freshly renovated, clean, modern, and very comfortable. The facilities around the property were well maintained, and the new playground was a real highlight for the kids.
There was an issue with our booking due to a mix-up between ******* and the accommodation, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally. They organised a great alternative for us straight away and made the whole process stress free.

Wow what an amazing location, in a small lagoon , so peaceful , clean and such a spacious caravan park , great views , water birds and just a short gorgeous walk into town. Loved all the facilities especially the cafe ! Best Batista coffee in town , work coming just got the coffee and good : we stayed 4 nights and can’t wait to come back .
