Unfortunately they didn't give me the room that I had booked. They said that it's been taken already, so they offered me another one but I don't like round beds(the refunded the difference) You pay for what you get so don't expect too much at this hotel. The location is convenient for the railway station.

Location is great as it’s so close to the station but the lady who runs it was very unfriendly. The bedding made us so itchy and there was no AC remote to turn on the AC. The lady came and took one of our pillows from each of the beds so we only had one each. The hallway was very messy with towels stacked up or trolleys outside. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel. There are other hotels close by for a higher price that seem a lot better.

The proximity to the Südbanhof is the only positive thing. There were cockroaches in the room. The water in the shower didn't drain. The floor dirty. The round bed was tattered at the head end. The woman at the reception was not particularly polite. For 1 night in ok, but otherwise not recommended. Actually, I wouldn't even give it a 1 diamond rating if I didn't have to.
