Very close to Dianchi Lake, just opposite the hotel. Bread provided by hotel everyday to feed the Seagulls is very convenient for taking photos with the Seagulls

Overall I was very impressed with the hotel the rooms are clean and pretty well appointed and the service was very efficient although perhaps reserved ( which is not a bad thing although I do personally like to see a few more smiles) I was there to play golf for three days and my family to explore Kunming and the hotel provided a good location to do exactly that. We enjoyed our stay and the attached golf course is impressive and I will certainly go back.

Good location just by the lake and next to the golf course. Unfortunately, there are no further discounts for the golf course for hotel guests.

My experience with Lakeview hotel was very comfortable and I enjoyed lake side walk with so much cleanliness and greenery.

I came to visit Kunming with my mom and my kid. This hotel is fantastic! The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful; location of the hotel is right by Dian Chi and Haigeng Park. Hotel provides rides to the Yunnan Nation Villages which was super cool! The breakfast was great - lots of choices for the whole family. We ate four dinners at the hotel restaurant. They are delicious! Would definitely recommend it to others!

Other than location and amazing staff there wasn’t much to talk about this run down hotel. It wasn’t worth the money paid for. The hotel needs some serious renovations to upgrade.

The hotel is about 10km away from the city center. It’s located right across the road from the Dianchi Lake and very close (within walking distance) to major tourist attractions in Kunming. This is a relatively small hotel with an elegant and relaxing ambiance. Rooms are beautifully furnished and very spacious. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of delicious options. The hotel restaurant offers an extensive menu for lunch and dinner and is open nonstop till late hours in the evening. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. In fact, we ate at the hotel restaurant all the time during our three-day visit in Kunming. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place, especially for leisure travelers who want to stay in a quiet area and be close to tourist attractions.

Nicely appointed relatively small hotel with excellent customer services at every level. Conveniently located on the fine golf course, near the lake and several major Kunming's attractions. Great breakfast with very satisfying food choices.

Hotel in great location, excellent spot for access to the Lake and Yunnan Nationalities Village. Room quality is a little dated. Some nice touches upon arrival with fruit in the room. Checkin service was very good. Breakfast options simple and satisfying. Very nice outdoor setting for breakfast adjacent to golf course.

The location is very good, around the Dentsuho. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is good. The only thing is that there are a lot of mosquitoes.

The environment is beautiful, comfortable and pleasant, the service is warm, thoughtful and meticulous, the equipment and facilities are complete, it's very good 👍👍👍👍👍 I like it very much 💕 Highly recommended

Very good, the room is big and quiet. My friend was not satisfied with the location and upgraded the room. The attitude and service are very qualified. The takeaway will be delivered to the room after verification. I am very satisfied. There are many seagulls at the lake at the door.

We checked in on May 2nd. Mr. Geng and Ms. Li checked us in. They were very considerate of our needs. Thank you very much. Mr. Geng took us to see three room types and introduced the advantages and disadvantages of each room type. He was not only proficient in business, but also felt that he had feelings for this hotel, as if he was introducing his own home. He also gave us good suggestions based on our needs and specific circumstances. It is really lucky for the company to have such employees! The room is very clean and well-planned. The bed and bedding are very comfortable. The view from the window is pleasant, you can see both the lake and the mountains. There are also flowers and green trees. The staff are also very friendly.
