Good location, near 潘家湾subway and in the city center. The room is not big but not cramped at all for 2 guests. There is no bottled water service, but have water coolers. If water runs out, you have to change it yourself. At that tome I stayed, my room ran out of water before I even checked in, but there was no staff to change it before the customer checked in. The counter staff looked very busy and did not have much service. When I asked for help once and waited for 10 minutes 😼

The room was spacious and newly refurbished. The bed was comfy. 5 minutes walk from the metro station Panjiawan Exit C and just 3 stations away from the Kunming Railway Station. Halal restaurant just next door of the hotel and cheap. Daily cleaning was also provided. Need to pay 50 yuan deposit upon check in. Check in process was easy.

Awesome clean hotel room. They give u a whols water dispenser in your room. Great location and such amazing food nearby. I really can't wait to get to kunming again.

Good hotel that probide what is in the picture, no more. No housekeeping even though I said for 3 days... Had to grab from reception myself

The hotel is located at walking distance from the Kunming Metro, specifically Panjiawan (潘家湾) station. If carrying luggage, take Exit B of the station as it has an elevator. The rooms are neat, clean, and spacious. The room I was assigned had both reusable and disposable slippers, again very good for sustainability. The staff were helpful and attentive. There's a fruit shop right next to the hotel which had really nice and economical fresh fruits. One can visit a nice park called Cuihu Park (翠湖公园) after a walk from here and can find a number of shops along the way Overall, it was a pleasure staying here.

I've stayed here two times. Both times my key card didn't work after the first night and I needed to go to the reception to have it reactivated every time I came back to the hotel. This morning someone opened the door of my room at 8am even though I had it locked. The rooms are fine and it's a cheap rate but I will not stay here again.

We stayed here for two nights. It was okay. The room wasn't too big but large enough for 2 to stay. There were a lot of bugs in the room. Many mosquitoes and ants. That wasn't great. Was nice to be able to do laundry. Staff is friendly enough. We had to pay a deposit which is a first for me in China.

The room looks good but the maid didn't clean at all, just changed the trash bag. Not changing the bed sheets and blankets makes me allergic to dust mites. The air conditioner is noisy.

For a one night stay this hotel wasn't bad and is within walking distance of places such as the old street and parks. However the hotel itself is located on a noisy compound which easily disturbs sleep.
