Erinomaisen hyvä, ihana monipuolinen aamiainen, palvelu loistavaa ja pysäköinti paras mahdollinen. Sängyt erittäin mukavat ja mahdollisuus hyvään uneen, huoneessa hyvä ilmanvaihto samoin kylpyhuone siisti ja viihtyisä.

The hotel staff we welcoming, professional, the room was clean and sizable and the breakfast was nice. However, the downside of the hotel was that they provide you body soap and hair conditioner but ask that you buy lotion. The hotel instead sells low quality body lotion at the reception. Body lotions are super important especially during the winter periods.

Missing hygiene products and non working TV. After 5h car ride for the family the service guy was there twice and did not manage to fix it. Asked if they tried time could come once we leave the room for dinner. They never did and we did not have a working TV. No shampoo in the shower and the several stains all over the room. Not at all pleased with the overall experience and would not recommend this hotel. One good thing was breakfast

My son and i stayed att this hotel and i highly recommend it. I was so happy with the location, the service from the staff and the care and thought they have for children staying there. I will be seeing you again soon Scandic Kungens Kurva.

Sauna in awfull condition, many of the boards in the sauna benches more completely loose due to rusted nails, my daughter almost fell through the seats when climbing up. Hotell reception changed to english even though I am a native swedish speaker and spoke swedish with my children. I am from finland so i am used to swedes changing to english in stockholm but this felt more like an insult as the receptionist only spoke swedish with native swedes. Room had not been cleaned properly before us. Hairs in the beds, food smears in the bunk beds and trash under the bed.

The work of the hotel staff poorly organized and unprofessional. I had made arrangements that the hotel privides us with takeaway breakfeast boxes as we needed to check out very early. The hotel staff did not know when the breakfeast starts (can you image?) but they nevertheless promised to prepare the boxes for us in case it didn't open before 7. The morning came and they had done nothing. The person in the morning shift didn't know who had been there in the previous night and started almost screaming us that one person cannot do everything. We left hungry and will never return.

The location is good, rates are good, The reception is super helpful and available till late night which is super nice. Nice restaurant and many options in breakfast. Dinner menu is decent as well. The kitchen staff is very helpful. Plenty of parking but expensive though. Lots of restaurant and shops near by.
