I recently stayed at this resort in kumily with family and had an "average experience overall. While the rooms were "spacious, neat, and clean, the stay fell short in many other aspects. The "food was below average, particularly for a place located in kerala, a southern state. Unfortunately, the focus was heavily on "north indian cuisine & taste", which is not what one expects when visiting kerala. The "south indian food was completely unacceptable" and disappointing. It felt like the resort like to cater only to north, west & east indian visitors, with the "staff primarily from north and east india" and knowing only "hindi & english, no malayalam in kerala. The property itself is small with minimal garden space and barely any amenities. Despite being located near a forest area, there are "no forest views" at all, which is quite a letdown. The resort's location is at the "crowded end of the city center, making it feel more like a "home stay with multiple rooms" rather than an actual resort. On a positive note, the "staff behavior was good, and the rooms were maintained well. However, if you are looking for a peaceful retreat larger area surrounded by nature, this may not be the place for you. Overall, it's "average at best, with some significant areas for improvement.
