The hotel is amazing and special thanks to Eric for providing excellent customer service at the desk. His warm welcome and service was wonderful and i will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel to stay in kumasi. Also, thanks to Sonia and the other staff members for making our stay a memorable one :)

Beautifully appointed rooms with air conditioning and fans. Very friendly and helpful staff that was responsive to our needs. Great breakfast and dinners when we needed them. I’d stay here again and highly recommend this hotel for any type of stay.
