The hotel location is a bit outside of the city. But next to the road and has lots of parking.
The staff take good care of the service. Cleanliness is adequate. Walk far from convenience store. As for the appliances in the hotel, they are as standard.

Great value!
Room is not big but has everything you need. You may rent some items, e.g. humidifier or hangers, from the front desk. ¥200 for washing machine and ¥100 per 30 minutes for dryer.
We stayed in the furthest room from the elevator and the WiFi kept disconnecting.

The price is very favorable for a hotel in the Kumamoto area with free parking. The room is on the small side and can barely accommodate 2 seats. Of course, I read the reviews before booking, so I definitely accept it. It only takes about 15 minutes from the hotel to Kumamoto Castle. If you are only staying for a short time, it is worth considering.
