Terrible experience! This resort served NON-Vegetarian food to strict vegetarians, blatantly disrespecting religious beliefs. What's worse, there was no apology or accountability. Such negligence and cultural insensitivity are shocking and unacceptable. If you value your beliefs and expect basic respect, avoid this place completely. They clearly don’t care about guests’ sentiments. Also how can someone in F&B business dnt even know how to cook Rice. In spite of telling them 3 times its for a small kid pls do cook properly they just sent the same uncooked rice to the room 2 times back to back. During breakfast they have diff rules for every guest. When we asked for a variety of dosa they denied. But interestingly after 20 mins my friend (from another room) sat at a different table and then they were served all the diff variety of dosa. Resort room is definitely nice with a great view of the river roads and mountains, but swimming pool was in real bad condition. Game room is there but had basic things missing. Restaurant and restaurant staff is the biggest let down for this Resort.
