Front desk needs early morning efficient staff. We asked already called 30 min before checkout and told them to keep our bill ready

Could not sleep full night, no ventilation, suffocation in room, request to staff for change the room but was not any solution.

Its a 3 star place but misleading as a 5 star. The indoor games, outdoor games facilities are not in good condition. I got unnecessary calls asking for spa, asking dinner (at 11 pm, some wrong calls. Except the location, rest of the stay was not a great experience. For the same price, the itc hotel nearby are better.

Reaching solang valley resort is a difficult thing but once you reach there it’s heaven. Surrounded by beautiful mountains, you get a nice view anywhere you look. We had a fabulous time at the resort. The room was spacious, neat and well ventilated. Th food was simple yet tasty. The staff was courteous and helpful. Few things need to be modernised and i am sure they will work on it. Overall stay was comfortable, relaxing and memorable.

Well kept rooms. Courteous staff and management. Good location. Huge lawn area with wonderful views. Very good arrangement of evening entertainment.

Great experience and good staff….very organised….food was good…..room cleaned and quick for arrives…….view was amazing kids fun was good with play toys ……… River side view is really great and stay almost of 2day great Thanks to SVR team & PR manger

Nice stay....................... excellent service...........good property nice view from room good place to holiday with family................. Service staff bit lazy I have told to get water bottle to fill but no response so sad of it Apart from that good Thankyou SVR team & PR manager Reddy ji
