Hotel is just behind isbt kullu. Location is good. Staff is co-operative. Room are very spacious as well as bathroom. Geyser available for hot water facility. Electric kettle provided for drinking warm water and milk. Over all value of money.

The bathroom mirror & the outer mirror are placed diagonally so the person who is outside can peek on the mirror

The stay was nice and comfortable with big and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Also, there is a restaurant where you can order food from your room. The room and washroom was neat and clean. Staff was cooperative. However, our check-in was reflecting as 12 noon but they have us the room after 12:30 saying that the checkout time is 12 noon so they need some time to clean the rooms. So, all in all the stay was excellent.

Hotel is bit dated and need maintenance. Rooms were smelly when we entered. Staff were super helpful. No lift. Location is good.

If you have plans to catch bus (Be it for Kasol, Manikaran, Manali, Shimla, Delhi, Chandigarh, Amritsar etc etc), this is the place to stay! Tbe hotel is just adjacent to the ISBT Kullu hence it will take just 30 sec to reach the bus station from Hotel door!
the hotel is decent, rooms were cozy and food was OK!
