Fortune Park Kufri, Shimla - Member ITC Hotels' Group

We visited Fortune Park Kufri recently for a short vacation with family, and honestly, we didn’t want to leave! Right from check-in, we were made to feel like valued guests. A big shoutout to Sanjeev Thakur and Shubham Pathania—both were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We were also greeted with a welcome drink, which was much appreciated after the long uphill drive. Our room was cozy, very clean, and offered a stunning view of the mountains. The property overall was very well maintained. Special thanks to Nageen Pathania from housekeeping, who kept everything spotless and was always polite and cheerful. The breakfast, lunch and dinner were amazing—so many tasty options, fresh and flavorful. The entire family enjoyed it. The food quality overall was consistently good throughout our stay. We also want to mention Jagdish and Ashish, who were super helpful and always around whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Their cheerful attitude really made a difference. The hotel has great amenities and a calm, relaxing vibe—perfect for a family break. Everything was well-organized and clean, and the staff really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended if you’re looking for comfort, views, good food, and genuinely kind service. Would love to come back again soon!

Our stay at Welcome ITC Fortune Park, Kufri was wonderful! The facilities at the property were exceptionally good. They have activities for kids as well as for adults. Their hospitality was commendable. With a smiling face and welcoming heart, the staff was always available for us. They would arrange everything as per the our need.
