Kudadoo Maldives Private Island – Luxury All Inclusive

We had a fantastic time on this paradise island. We will definitely come back. Everything is possible, relax, water sports, healthy food, wine and cheese experience and very nice enthusiastic people who are very eager to make your stay 100 percent

Our family vacation to Kudadoo with our 21 & 18 yr old sons was an incredible experience of unparalleled luxury, fun and relaxation. From the moment we arrived in Male to when we boarded the plane to return home, Kudadoo staff consistently fulfilled “anything, anytime, anywhere” and provided an unsurpassed experience. Our personal butler Saffah & manager Shameem were waiting to personally great us as soon as we stepped onto the island and throughout our entire stay they were incredible. Due to flight delay we arrived very late in the day. We thought we had missed our planned massages, however Saffah had rescheduled them so we could still receive them late that evening. What sets Kudadoo far apart and high above every other beautiful island, resort & beach vacation is their exceptional level of service, unmatched level of inclusive dining and experiences, and overall seamless, personal, and uncrowded experience. The food and beverage selections and quality were outstanding and exceeded expectations. We enjoyed all of our experiences with dining at the beach, at Keyolhu, the floating breakfast, and flexibility to dine in our residence. We experienced a variety of Sulha spa treatments every day of our stay. It was indulgent and wonderful. My boys even had spa treatments each day when one of them didn’t want spa treatments at all. Each and every one of the spa staff are highly skilled and provided exactly what was needed to relax and recharge. The boys enjoyed several day and night dives and the staff went above and beyond to provide us with a successful experience to snorkel with manta rays (they are not typically in the Lhaviyani Atoll in July). One day there was a warm bath waiting for me upon return from our excursion. So many personal touches made it an extra special experience. We had so much fun jet skiing, sea bobbing, and fly boarding. We snorkeled many times and saw giant sea turtles, sharks, and so many beautiful fish. My son caught a red snapper hand line fishing and the chef prepared it for a very tasty meal. We also really enjoyed Dream Island. All of the Kudadoo staff deserve kudos. They were all wonderful and worth mention. It was not easy for us to get there (2 days of travel each way), but it was worth every single minute we spent there and one place we plan to return to.

Kudadoo has to be one of the best resorts in the world. Everything is taken care of for you. All the activities are planned by your own personal bulter, who is always on hand to help out. Our butler, Naajy, was incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. The activities are all included, from scuba diving to flyboarding, and you can do it all as many times as you'd like. You can also make use of all the spa offerings. We had a massage every day The food and drink selection is mind-blowing and the staff are all brilliant. I can't recommend this place enough.

We have already visited Kudadoo 3 times and would definitely like to come back. We have also visited many other luxury resorts and I dare say that Kudadoo is at the top of the TOP resorts in the Maldives. The concept of this resort is very unique - anything - anytime - everywhere, you won't find such a concept anywhere else. Kudadoo has only 15 water villas and no beach villas. It's not for beach villa lovers, but we don't mind because we prefer water villas and they provide more privacy for guests. It is not an island that has the prettiest lagoon or the prettiest beaches, although you can definitely find beautiful places with a nice beach and ocean view. Also here in 2024, breakwaters were added around the beaches, which may bother some people - on the other hand, it is a mini island and erosion is a problem for all resorts, and even more so for these small islands, so the installation of breakwaters is understandable. However, this resort is all about its service and making you feel like a VIP guest. The price of this resort includes everything - great quality wines, cocktails, perfect gastro - isn't foie grass on the menu? No problem, we'll get it! And they really get everything when it's in their power. Also included in the price are massages, private diving, a trip to the sandbank, a trip to look for manta rays, a trip on jet skis and other activities that are normally charged at other resorts. Excursions and the daily schedule must be planned in advance, but if you want to change the plans, you can, you just need to do it in time, because there are other guests in the resort who also have a planned schedule and there may not always be a place when you want. That's why I recommend that you think about all the activities you want to try before arriving at the resort and plan them in advance, and feel free to write this schedule in advance to your butler, who will enter everything into the system. Villas: they are very well designed, have a modern design and are very cozy. The entrance from the villas is directly on the reef. Snorkeling: you can snorkel around the whole island and the reef is very nice. There are a lot of beautiful corals, anemones and you will also meet sharks, rays, lionfish, a school of fish or a turtle. Food: generally great. If you don't find something you want on the menu, they will try to prepare a meal for you on request. Something could probably be improved - for example, the food at Raffles or Milaidhoo tasted a little better to me. But it's more about taste preferences, because the food is of high quality and always fresh. However, even this resort has its faults - FLIES from the neighboring island Felivaru, where is fish processing factory. When there is no wind, there are flies everywhere in the villa, in the restaurant, and it is really very annoying. It would certainly be necessary to install some fly repellents in villas and restaurants - cinnamon as an air freshener or some lavender, eucalyptus, pepper

Having journeyed from California to enjoy this property after much research, we were not let down. It is Paradise, plain and simple. If Aman Hotels had a property in the Maldives, this would be it. Brought our family for 3 nights and we didn't want to leave. Everything is done to perfection, with no stone unturned. Bring a bathing suit and sunglasses...and leave the rest to Kudadoo. The rooms was exquisite, the butler Saeed omnipresent yet unseen, the massages amazing and the food to die for. We did multiple excursions, and each was awesom. This resort is probably one of the best in the world and if it wasn't on the other side of our world, would be there repeatedly. The make the entire experience, from booking, arrival, planning and departure totally seamless. We also stayed at the FS in Malidves, and while that was also excellent, Kudadoo is just incredible. You are at the end of the world, yet everything you could want is there. Thank you all for allowng our family to experience your Paradise.

The "AAA" deal - anything, anywhere, anytime - is almost perfectly legitimate: only twice out of a 5 night stay did we not get exactly what we wanted - for technical reasons. Other than that, we were treated like royalty by staff that was friendly and efficient. And the food was absolutely out of this world. So why do I say that we won't go back? Our main criteria for a resort in the Maldives is the beauty of the environment, and Kudadoo just isn't as pretty as all of the other places we've been. (The sister resort, Hurawahli is much prettier, and we spent a few afternoons there.) First of all, the island is quite small, so ther's not much point going for walks there. Secondly, the aerial photos of the resort are quite misleading. There is a big and rather unattractive jetty in the middle of the inner lagoon that is not shown in the pictures. Nor are the other jetties around the island that ruin the atmosphere and make photography a challenge. There's not much of a beach to really relax on, and snorkelling from the villa is only so-so. But the unlimited excursions, turtle cruise, sea-bob, catamaran, and daily spa treatments were heaven. Did I mention the food? Yes, I did - but it is worth mentioning twice! So if you care more about luxury than scenery, and if you have the finances, Kudadoo is for you.
