The hotel is good value for money, and the environment and food are also good. The only problem is that the wireless network signal in our room is poor, and the phone has some problems. The service staff is very good.

The hotel has its own toiletries and life jackets. You can bring your own snorkeling goggles and breathing tubes. Three meals are ordered. The Indian food is delicious. There will be a la carte on Thursday night. I have gained several pounds after staying for six days.

We made a combined order and stayed for five nights in total. Our evaluation of this hotel was already confirmed in the previous order. The environment is really beautiful. Otherwise, when we paid, we saw a lot of fish on the water in some specific locations. We can also see sharks, which are more than two meters long, and large manta rays.

Very good. My daughter and I both think this is the best hotel on this trip. The price-performance ratio is also very high. The food in the restaurant is very delicious. The only downside is that there is a waiter in the restaurant who has been courteous and does not want tips, but asks us to buy him a hookah. After we refused, he went to buy it himself and signed our room. When we checked out, we found this matter and communicated with the hotel. The hotel will refund the money to us.

Very Poor customer Services at reception. We booked a 5 night stay with Luxury Escapes in an over water pool villa with inclusive drinks dining package with a 40 USD person a la carte dining package. On arrival our paperwork did not include the 40 pp dining credit and we were informed by Adriana that the a la carte restaurant was closed! When we qu stationed this we were told it was the resorts mistake but no apologies were forthcoming. Limba on reception was very dismissive and more or less said it was for if you missed the bufffet…..what it was an ALTERNATIVE to the buffet. We also approached Limba on the evening prior to our departure to find out our seaplane scheduled time oasis we were informed the details would be in our room after 5pm ……this was not the case! All Limba was concerned about was that we vacate the room by midday the next day….she was not interested in our flight schedule……her attitude and professionalism left a lot to be desired…..:terrible service. On a plus the island is glorious. The buffet …….the only place we ate at was excellent serviced by the amazingly ng Swasthika…..she is a gem and an asset to your resort. Our villa was amazing and again served by wonderful staff. Please look at better reading for reception staff to deal with legitimate gu st queries. Gayle and Jeff
