a kind of camping or motel but not a hotel. no hygiene small rooms like a tent no amenities no wifi even no internal phone. lack of hygiene indifferent staff average location never again. shocked when the manager gave us half pastry saying it is too costly.

We arrived at the separate part of Palm Beach called 'butik' otel. No reception , only a phone number. We were told to take any room with a key in the door! We took the 'luxury' one as we had paid over 1500tl on internet. But breakfast would not be served there but in the other hotel 15minutes walk away!! The room was beautifully decorated but the strong cooking smell from the café downstairs came into the room. The bathroom and toilets were filthy., the shower hose not connected, sticky patches on the floor which was very dusty too. We phoned the number again and it was someone from the other Palm beach who answered and who told us we could stay there. We went to see them and found their rooms equally inadequate for the price: not clean, in bad repair . So we refused to stay. They promised to refund us.....we're still waiting.

Haftasonu tatili geçirdiğimiz konumu ve denizi güzel otel.Personel ilgi alaka gerçekten çok güzeldi.Kahvaltı da bizlere güler yüzünü esirgemeyen abilerime teşekkür ederim. Puanım neden düşük, bar da bişeyler yiyip içmeden mutlaka fiyat sorun,hatta bulaşmayın derim.Alaçatı daha uygun.Yakınlarda bulabileceğiniz çok güzel ve uygun mekanlar var.Paranızı bar da ziyan etmeyin, yediklerimi ve içtiklerimi fiyatlarla paylaşmıyorum sadece öncesinde sorun.Umarım iyileştirilir.

Geçen sene kısa bir süre burada konaklamıştık ve bu sene yine tercih ettik. Umduğumuzdan çok daha iyi bir tatil geçirdik, önceki seneye göre bir çok güzel değişiklikler ve yenilikler eklenmiş. Aile odasında konakladık ve çok rahat ettik. Manzara olarak harika bir konumdaydı. Deniz çok temiz ve soğuktu. Sabah kahvaltıları çeşitli, çok tazeydi ve başka otellerde bulamayacağınız ekmek kızartma uzmanı İlhan Bey'in ilgisi çok iyiydi.

Biraz tereddutlu gitmemize rağmen çok tatminkar ayrıldık. Denizi mis gibi, nadiren dalga çıkıyor ama o bile keyfimizi kaçırmadı. Havuzu da isteyen icin yeterli. Her yerde şezlong bulmak müthiş. Ozellikle zeytin ağaçlarının altında serin serin yatmak en sevdiğimiz şey oldu. Odaların yenilendigi belli. Her şey tertemizdi. Klimaya ihtiyaç duyulmuyor fakat onlar da ***et iyi çalışıyordu. Oda temizliği yoktu fakat dilemek geri cevirmeyeceklerinden emin gibiyim. Kahvaltı iyiydi. İlgilenen personeller guleryuzlu ve yardımseverlik. Boş tabak görmüyorsunuz. İlhan Beye bu anlamda ayrıca teşekkür ediyoruz. Cafeteryanin fiyatları makul düzeyde. Neredeyse her akşam canlı müziği var. Balkondan tatlı tatlı dinleyebiliyorsunuz. Odada minik bir kettle olsa tadından yenmez. 9/10 puan veriyorum. Bir daha geliriz

Küçükkuyu bölgesinde kalınabilecek denize sıfır ve havuzu olan iyi bir otel.İlhan beyin misafirlerle birebir ilgilenmesi ve isteklerini karşılaması çok olumluydu.Sabah kahvaltısı yeterliydi ve odalar temizdi.Şezlong ve güneşlenme alanları yeterliydi.Bir daha gidip konaklanabilecek bir otel.

Sabahları banyodan lağım kokusu geliyordu. Sorunu otel yetkilisine ilettiğimizde Küçükkuyu'nun sorunu olduğunu söyledi. Ayrıca Ets turdan deniz manzaralı oda rezervini yaptırmıştık, otele gittiğimizde otelde hiç boş odanın olmadığı bildirildi ve bize girişte deniz görmeyen oda verildi.
